Best Water Pressure in San Antonio TX

Had a clean out replaced and the installation of water cut off valve to the house. They are very professional, thorough, kind and know what they are doing, plus they clean after themselves. We are in property management and we use George's plumbing for all our plumbing needs. This was the first time at my personal residence for such a big job...I am impressed even more!! I originally filed a home owners claim,that got declined because of WHT the plumber wrote up in the report. I knew it was incorrect so I contacted my insurance agent and Mike Garcia the supervisor at Blue Frog Plumbing. He agreed with me that the report was incorrect. He rewrote the report and everything got forwarded to my insurance company again. This time they actually looked at the report and the pictures and approved my claim. Mike listened and stayed in contact with me through the whole ordeal and did go above and beyond. Blue Frog is a great,reliable and always on time Plumbing Company. Mr. Mitchell provided the service we needed at a fraction of the cost that other plumber's quoted us. He was professional as well.

Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols.

From the front desk to the installers City Base Plumbing went out of their way to make a difficult water heater return at Home Depot and install of new unit possible. They were extremely patient with return difficulties and followed up with quick and professional install of new unit. Thank you to all.

I noticed a gas smell under house and called Big City. They came out within 2 hrs of the call. They found the gas leak and fixed it that day. This is the second time I've used them. The first time I had a leak in the bathroom and I had multiple plumbers give me estimates. Big City was by-far the best estimate. Bottom line they do good work for a reasonable wage and I trust them. They are the first ones I call whenever I have a plumbing issue.

We had a bad leak on the side of our house during the freeze in San Antonio and after waiting for four days for another plumber and being stood up and calling several other plumbers that couldn't get to us for at least 5 more days Chavarria's had a plumber at our house in 2 hours and our water running in 3 at a fair price. I highly recommend this company it's hard to find a good honest plumber especially in a time like this.

We have used People's Choice Plumbing for so many things in our old house - complicated hard water valve problems in the bathroom, simple fixture repairs in the kitchen, emergency overflow in laundry room. I would never recommend Guarantee Plumbing. They charged $350 to unstop my mother's sink and then wanted another $2,700 to replace a drain line. The plumber was slow, piddled around and acted like he didn't know how to use a snake. She got the drain line replaced for $1,500.

We recently pulled out our old gas water heater. We upgraded to a rheem tankless water heater. My wife absolutely loves it! I would recommend this company to all my relatives and friends.
