Have used this business before and have had good & regular experiences, but this time it was the last time as it was the worst. Called them they indicated it will be $39.00 fee to have the tech come over and provide estimate. Tech showed up, and proceeded to let me know it will be $150.00 to open the wall and be able to provide an estimate. I was surprise as I have never been told of such high fee for just cutting the drywall to see what was going on and provide an estimate. As this was a rental and I wanted to proceed to solve the issue, I reluctantly agreed to proceed. After he open cut the drywall and sent me the picture of the leak and estimate for ~837.00. At that point I was 100% sure this was a rip off, and proceeded to reject the estimated and indicated him to stop working on it immediately. Called another contractor, and solved the problem for less than $200.00. Will not call Mr. Rooter Plumbing of San Antonio again.

The plumbers that came out went above and beyond to unclog the pipe between our house and septic tank. Very polite and courteous. They cleaned everything up upon completion of the job. Will definitely call on them again if we are in need of a plumber!

Mario was very professional and was able to help me. I had called Superior HVAC from Austin for a tune up and literally left it not working. I was very distraught since we are in the middle of summer. Mario was able to fix in a few hours and was able to communicate with me our next steps in maintaining my system clean and in workinh conditions. Needed a plumbing company to repair a faucet in our Church’s kitchen. I contacted them for an appointment. Everyone was extremely professional. They inspected the pipes and cutoff valves under the sink and found the other areas that were causing our continued water leaks (old corroded pipes) Raul and Rigo did an EXCELLENT job. First of all you showed up on time which is very important. The knew what they were doing. They listen to. They use the right methods to try and get rid of the blockage. When the first attempt didn't work they said they would try something else and would not charge today. After a while the blockage went away and they made sure that it wasn't just temporary by running 300 pounds of water through the clean out. They weren't rushed to get to the next job even though they had been up all night with a job previously till 5 in the morning. Would definitely use them for myself and other clients. Both men were very pleasant.

Called at 1230pm about having a toilet installed. Made an appointment for 1:30. Plumber arrived on time, removed the old toilet and installed the new one in under 1hr.The price was right and the service great.Thanks, Tietze!

We built our home 30 years ago and have replaced our RO (reverse osmosis) system many times. It always took the water a long time to fill up a container, and many times I ran out of water when trying to fill a pot for tea or soup. Ryan from Caliente Hot Water Plumbing replaced the RO system last week. He listened to my complaints and quickly identified the problems. I love my new RO system! The new Caliente Life Water system is much smaller giving me the extra room for a second water storage tank.
