I called late in the evening and made an appointment for the following morning to repair my clogged kitchen sink. They showed by 9:30 ready to work. They didn't just clean the P-trap, they used an industrial snake to clean 70 feet of pipe to insure great water flow and flushed some cleaning solution thru the pipes as well. I gave 4 stars because it was costly ( but worth it ), service was a 5

Tony and Josh did a great job replacing our hot water heater and a minor toilet repair. Big City was one of the lower estimates that I had gotten and the final bill was actually lower than the estimate! Tony and Josh were 2 hard-working young men and professional. Definitely recommend Big City!

JC Enriquez was outstanding! I used them for my father's house which had a substantial leak that required him to turn off his water until it was addressed. JC Enriquez was there immediately and called me explain the issue then next steps to address it. They were so courteous, knowledgeable and took their time to explain to me on the phone. The did an incredible job, I felt at ease that they had my father's best interest in mind and I will be using them in the future for any repairs at our house as well.

I had an issue with a service provided a few weeks ago at the home I am renting. I called to discuss the problem with the manager, Mr. Barerra, and found him very polite and receptive. The technician was at fault for the plumbing issue not being solved and I was given a refund for the services.Good business practices and honest policies. I would definitely call them in the future just knowing they aren't trying to get one over on anyone, just doing honest work.

I called to have a hot water heater replaced, and was told they don't provide residential service. Why not advertise commercial only and not waste our time?

Had a problem with leaking toilet. The team arrived in good time and unfortunately the issue is more serious than they at first though and will need some more work. Bad news but glad I have professionals on the problem.

We were having hot water heater issues, water wasn't heating in any of the showers or sinks. Figured this old water heater was in need of replacement. Called a more visible, well-known company out for a quote. They came in, looked around and told me it needed replacement and some outside work that would have required digging up the yard. Quote was over $2,400. I needed to get another bid to compare, so I Googled and found Chavarria's Plumbing. They were able to send technician Nathan over within a couple of hours. Nathan came in, noticed that the thermostat setting was off and the exhaust pipe wasn't aligned correctly. He corrected it and told me it should resolve the issue. I told him if it didn't resolve it, how much would a replacement cost and he ballparked it at around $1400 parts and labor. I asked him what the charge was for him coming out and he said No charge. We don't do any work that's not necessary or sell customers anything they don't need. I was stunned by his honesty. Problem has been resolved. The water is steaming hot and it didn't cost me a penny. You never know what you're gonna get when you call a service company blindly like that, but I can tell you Chavarria's Plumbing is the ONLY company I'll be calling in the future for any plumbing repairs. Kudos to the company owners for employing such honest, helpful individuals. I will recommend Chavarria's Plumbing to anyone in need.

My sewer was backed up. Called Roto Rooter and asked the operator if they could only send Jim Fisher out. He's been to our house to replace our water heater and he is a top notch plumber. He got our drain opened in no time. I'm thankful that he was professional/knowledgable, fast, and funny!

February 2, 2021My friend, Marco, came to do maintenance on my heating, and I feel so lucky to know him and feel that I can trust him. He is totally competent for one so young, and I appreciate that Aramendia listened when I asked for him to be my go-to technician.1999Mark Herrera gave me a quote to replace ducting to address issues with moisture and temperature balancing. He clearly explained everything covered by the quote and made sure I understood the steps needed.Marco came to perform maintenance on the heating system today. He is obviously a very talented individual. Could he be my permanent service person?Both of these young men were knowledgeable, professional and customer friendly. Aramendia should be proud to be represented by them!
