Both my water heater and tub drains decided to stop working on the same day. I gave American Auger Plumbing a call based off of their reviews, & I was VERY happy with their work! They walked me through their process, did a drain cleaning and repaired my water heater in no time. I will be using them for all my plumbing services & I highly recommend them!

Christopher was initial contact. Felt he was just a salesman - he had it in his mind that I needed a replacement and no repairs would be attempted. Comparatively speaking, price was also high. Matt and Jose removed the old water heater and installed the new. They were very professional. Only wished I had discussed water temp settings before they left.

Mr.Rooter of San Antonio installed a carbon filter water softener system in our new home and we couldn’t be more pleased with the product. The carbon filter ensures the water in our home is free of harmful chemicals and it tastes great too! The warranty on the system is awesome too! We are so pleased!

Justin was super nice as he quickly diagnosed the problem (me not turning off the hose lol) - because of the honesty and professional nature of staff to plumbers I will be calling here for all the work I need done in the future. Mitch communicated the day prior time of appointment. He was on time, friendly, professional and efficient. He answered any questions and explained all the work done and had provided estimated costs. I felt confident with the work done.

Our AC motor went out on a Saturday. Mario came out, assessed the situation and said he would contact us Monday morning because he needed to see if they had any motors in stock. . He contacted us early Monday morning to let us know they had one motor left in stock and he was on his way to replace. We appreciated the quick and professional service.

I received 3 quotes and Rockstar was the best. They are very efficient and professional. I had a new hot water heater and (most importantly) hot water the same day I called. I will definitely use Rockstar again when plumbing issues arise. Highly recommended!

I absolutely had the best service by Jon Jon and Pedro and by the big bosses who gave us a free estimate. We called on a weekday at 8 am and they came to our house at 9 am same day to give us the free estimate and gave us the right amount of info and a great quote. They offer many warranties as well. We decided to use them and made an appointment quickly. They cleaned up all their mess and was careful to keep an eye out on our dog as she wanted to go outside. I’m very happy with City Base Plumbing and I know others will, too.
