I found a water leak coming in May 2022 off my meter valve at the supply point, a 3/4 PVC 90 elbow had cracked as it came out from the supply line at the box. I had turned off the water, dug up the line, and cleaned out the area, cleaned the piping, so the plumber could get to it. I called several plumbing companies, and Roadrunner said they had a person who could come out in 30-45min. Since the water to my house was off, I selected Roadrunner since they were the fastest to respond. The plumber arrived as stated, I showed him the area, already dug up, where the leak was, and what needed to be replaced. I asked him for a rough estimate, seeing that it would probabilty take 30 miles to repaiir. He took some photos, sent them back to the office, and got an estimate back of $380. I thought the cost was high, based that the area was dug completely, the leak was identified, the water turned off, and all he had to do was cut the 3/4 PVC in 2 places, put in 2 90's and a 6' drop down pipe.I OKed him to do the job since he was there, and he did a good job doing it. He also completed the replacement of 2 3/4 brass ball valves since they were rusting in the same area; and the price was $460.Overall, work was done in satisfactory manner, but I thought the price was high for the replacement of the PVC line, which took less than 30 mins with all the prep that was done by me. In the future, I will ask for a hourly rate; he was there about 45 minutes.

I’ve worked with David twice now and can confidently recommend him! David has fixed a couple problems from past handymen. He’s done great work and I know he’s not overcharging me. You can expect good communication and transparent pricing from Rockstar Plumbing!

8/9/21….. Rudy & Mateo came on time and replaced my garbage disposal and pipes they were very respectful, informative and professional… I am very pleased with them & glad I used City Base Plumbing again. Also a shout out to Marisol always very polite and sweet!

Our toilet was leaking from the base, the wax ring was not sealing. BG Plumbing came out ON TIME and took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. He took out the old bolts sealed the toilet to the floor and calked around the toilet. It looks great. He didn't track in any mud or leaves, he was nice and informative and done in one hour and 15 minutes. His fee was reasonable. We were very happy.

Awesome service, very professional. We have been without hot water for 5 days, we are in a rental house and we had to wait for our letting agency to get a contractor and then for the contractor to arrange for someone to come out. Ben and Fernando came to the house about 7pm and troubleshoot and repaired our hot water heater. If you have plumbing needs this is the company for you. Thank you guys again from me and my family for working late and getting us hot water.
