I had a major problem. I was outputting 23% more water per hour than normal and had a $200 water bill. I had a leak...somewhere. It’s just me and I usually have bills under $100. I called a couple of companies, not very customer friendly to say the least then I started look for plumbers by their reviews. Red Brass had a solid 5 star review record so I called. I got in touch with Mitch. He said he could be there by 7 and he was. This leak was not obvious. There was nothing in the house that would indicate there was a leak. He looked absolutely everywhere. Isolated all of the water lines. He is by far the best at what he does. But what I want to highlight here is this. He said to me “nobody ever wakes up thinking they want to call a plumber.” It’s true. Of everything that goes wrong, you think of your pipes last because we all think those are solid and nothing can go wrong there. He is a person, not just a company. He understood my financial situation and his willingness and persistence to go out of his way to find and almost impossible leak amazed me. Not many people would go out of their way to help like he did. Not only would I recommend him and this company, I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs. Indoor and out.

Samantha was able to give me an appointment the day after I called for a repair. Doug Rivera was on time and completed his work within the time frame he gave me. He gave me two options for a remedy to our leak. In addition, and without extra charge, he replaced the salt in our water softener (we had purchased bags earlier) and checked our home's water pressure. I am very pleased with his work and professionalism!

Our plumbing was leaking in the attic. We called CMC Plumbing on a Sunday morning. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and courteous and told me that Matthew would be there in 1 - 2 hours. Matthew arrived on time and within an hour he had repaired the leak and also had checked all of the rest of the plumbing in the attic to make sure there were no other issues. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was also very polite. The price was fair. I was very impressed by the service from beginning to the end. CMC is first rate and I will not hesitate to use them again!

We recently had BCP come out to scope our lines during the inspection of our home and our realtor requested a quote on our behalf for the items found during the inspection as well as what was notated on our inspection report. We scheduled the appointment based off this correspondence and the assumption BCP had an understanding of the work that needed to be completed. Upon their arrival, he seemed completed confused about what was supposed to be done and that his scope stated nothing about going under the home (which was called out in the report we provided). He stated taht he called the office and they claimed to have never received this information (our emails contradict this). After wasting an hour I finally told the guy to leave since he had no idea what to do. When we notified them about the issues, Kristin responded stating that it was our fault and took no ownership of their deficiencies and inability to perform other than to offer us a 10% discount...This quote was used as part of our negotiations and now that it seems to have been inadequate we will end up paying more to have the required repairs completed.

Too expensive. An estimate that could’ve been giving over the phone. Tech just open the door look at the tank and gave me a $2800 estimate in less than 1 minute.

Will's installed a gas tankless water heater for me five years ago and I have loved it. It needed servicing so Albert returned from a few years' back to change the filter and clean the burners. Everything went smoothly and I am good for another 5 years on the burners. Will's is an expert Rinnai service company. Professional, friendly, and very clear communication on the process and costs.

This company is ethical, respectful and knows their plumbing. My washing machine drain pipe was backing up and leaking water throughout the house. I contacted several plumbers for estimates who quotes me 2 or even 3 times as much for a simple snaking down the drain. Chavarria's Plumbing emergency prices (to come in the weekend) were still 1/2 the price of their competitors. Not only did they resolved the issues but they were professional and friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend you get a quote from them before deciding on which plumber to choose. I scheduled an appointment with RotoRooter after trying to clear a clog between my master and the rest of the house myself with no luck. Thomas arrived between the 4 hour window and was very professional. After explaining our problem and what I have already done, he gave us the options and explained the costs. He then went to work immediately and professionally and within 20 minutes had cleared the clog with no problem. The service seemed a little pricey but then again I don't know what a plumber costs. Their work is guaranteed for 6 months and the price was the price regardless of how long it would have taken them to complete the job which I also like. The price they quote you is what you pay. I would recommend them to others.
