Mitch with Red Brass Plumbing was honest, fast and did quality work. He explained what our options were and the costs of replacing our water heater. I went with him because of the great reviews on Google; and, I felt good about the fact he was a professional (licenced) plumber.I've used the larger companies and they were constantly trying to upsell me.Mitch and his wife Amy, kept on top of his appointments and I received auto updates when Mitch would arrive via text (very nice feature). I would definitely recommend Mitch for any plumbing needs you have.

Michael Angeles from Will's All Pro was very professional. I was stressed out over a major water leak coming from the shower. Michael empathized with me and assured me everything was going to be ok. Great customer service! He fixed everything in a timely manner and I am grateful for him.

Replaced my water cutoff valve next to water meter. Techs were both very responsive and explained step by step on the repair needed. Chris was professional as well as helper I believe his name was Joseph. They were very timely in the repair.

I can not say enough good things about this company. I was told it's hard to find an honest plumber; well, I found a whole company of honest plumbers. With our recent weather, we had a busted pipe. When I called, I really expected the worst, but what I found was caring, professional human beings that were willing to do whatever they could to help us out. From the front office (I wish I could remember the lady's name because she deserves praise) to the guys who showed up with wrenches in hand, they were fantastic. The front office kept me informed, was polite, understanding and made me feel like they cared about us instead of it being a simple business transaction. The guys, Angel and Elisha, were just as awesome. They knew what they were doing, worked fast, explained everything step by step and answered all my questions. They were also willing to laugh and joke around with me late on a Friday night, in freezing temperatures while crawling underneath a 100 year old home to fix 100 year old pipes. In the end, I could not have been happier. I should add that I was shocked by the price....it was crazy fair and way less than I expected on such a night. Tsanko is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and capable plumber. After I called him he arrived very quickly, assessed the situation, and gave me a fair estimate. He thoroughly explained everything, scheduled the work for a few days later, and returned when he said he would. He finished the work in a timely manner and did an outstanding job. No more leaks at my house!

Joaquin Garcia was our technician who did a great job. He fixed our clogged sunk and was professional and efficient. I highly recommend.

Edward arrived an hour after I called, very quick service. He evaluated my situation and knew exactly what to do. He had to remove the toilet to clean my sewage line. He even rinsed the shower and cleaned hair out of the bathtub drain. He was done in about an hour. He was very nice and professional. John Gill and his team are the best service plumbers I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. They are not the cheapest, but they are definitely worth it and an incredible value. If you really value your property and the people associated with it, you should call Gill. Big-bad-John knows a ton about all eras of plumbing- we use him on a couple of 1920's houses (and everywhere else) and I am always impressed with Gill's. Worth it every time, in high demand, a pleasure to work with.
