I woke up over a week ago with about an inch of water towards the back of my garage near my washing machine. Did not know where it came from. I went to work and a coworker recommended Will’s All Pro.I called them and scheduled an emergency appointment for late morning. 20 minutes later Samantha called me back and said she could have a technician out there in 35 minutes. John arrived on time and listen carefully to what had happened and went to work checking out the issue was. After looking at everything he came back with 3 different options for me to choose from that would work with my budget.After starting the work John and Matt found out my main sewer line had some issues that needed to be taken care of. John once again wrote up some options for me.What was supposed to take a max of 3 days took over a week to fix due to the original builder cutting corners that now John had to remedy. (Let’s just say it included a jack hammer because my front yard had a huge boulder under all the dirt and turf, and the original line went up and around instead of being put in straight)Through out all this John and Wills All Pro, kept me up to date with the progress. John was extremely professional, warm, hardworking and honest. I will be definitely hiring Wills All Pro again for my gas fireplace and check ups on my AC and furnace and will be asking for John!!

Got a free professional quote to install my own purchased elite water well softener and osmosis system. House plumbed for water softener, drain and power in the garage. Under the sink osmosis as a faucet hole above (no drilling requiring) Estimate given to install was $1600. Lost a star due to high estimate. (Got another professional plumbing service quote at 1/2 the cost).

From the front desk to the installers City Base Plumbing went out of their way to make a difficult water heater return at Home Depot and install of new unit possible. They were extremely patient with return difficulties and followed up with quick and professional install of new unit. Thank you to all.

Caliente was the only 24-hour plumber of the 7 I called who was able to send someone out tonight, and what a find! Justin was AMAZING, and a fantastic welcome to San Antonio for new residents like us. He came late at night to replace our broken shower cartridge (which had forced us to have the water off for hours), then turned the water main back on (hallelujah—I didn't have to reach into the pit in the dark!). He also instantly diagnosed and fixed two issues in another bathroom, saving us hours of YouTube/DIY anguish. The quoting and payment processes were also super transparent and smooth. The experience could not have been better.

I am extremely satisfied with Big City Plumbing of San Antonio, Texas. This is the second job I requested from them. I called the dispatcher on a Friday afternoon and was given a morning appointment for the following Monday. This was NOT an emergency. The plumber was punctual, clean, and courteous. He replaced a leaky outside faucet, fixed a leaky shower and diverter, repairing the antiquated fixtures. The charges were reasonable.

Charged $300 for fifteen minutes of simple drain clog, asked for a cash discount was refused, wouldn't even go back to them for warranty rather pay somebody else.

Excellent service by Bryan. In a dire emergency, he arrived quickly and kindly addressed my plumbing situation. He also helped remedy another plumbing problem and worked efficiently. He was a God-send today. I am extremely thankful. My family and I will be calling Roto-Rooter for any of our plumbing concerns.

These guys are great. They came out on a Saturday and replaced the wax seal under toilet. Very nice people. I will call them again if I have any plumbing issues.
