Best Water Leak Detection in San Antonio TX

I called two other plumbing companies and neither one called me back for days. I left a message on George Plumbing's phone and had a call back within 5 minutes and an appointment. for the next morning. The men were on time and had my drains unclogged in half an hour and the price was less than anticipated. Thanks to all of you for such great service.

Ask for Blake! This guy is the best, kindest, most professional, adaptive, even keeled plumber I've ever met. He performs a very neat, clean and solid repair. Way more OCD then me and thats rare!

Had a leak in an old cast iron fitting behind our sink. Clinton and Joe were on time and pretty quick about getting it changed and updated to PVC. There was also a clog in the line that wasn’t apparent when the fitting was changed. I called back and within a couple hours Clinton/Joe came back to unclog the line and did some additional diagnostic work free of charge. Plumbing issues are not my forte, so I really appreciated their professionalism and expertise in helping me understand what was causing the blockage.

I manage an Apartment Community. This was the only plumbing company in San Antonio that would come out to save us when we had 4 pipes bust during the snow storm and power outages. The team was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them. And will certainly not hesitate to use them again! Great job guys.

They were courteous, and organized, the office always kept me informed of arrival times, and they were always on time. My technician JJ was outstanding!! He was very informative and clearly has a passion for getting the job done right. He was supportive in helping me deal with my Homeowners insurance, and he saw the job through from start to finish. Unlike other companies who would send different technicians out if it involved multiple trips. I have found my go to plumbing company. I can’t give this company and JJ enough praise. To start, Uryss M. got back to us on Yelp within 5 minutes...after standard working hours. They were professional, courteous, and mindful of my time. Mitch came to our home exactly when they said he would. He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he explain everything regarding our home's plumbing, he was very friendly with our three dogs! He gave us a prompt and accurate estimate, and went way beyond expectations. He did the work immediately following diagnostic, and he finished the work brilliantly! I would recommend this company without hesitation!

We had an issue with our gas fireplace that we though may have been the valve based on a prior inspection. Making an appointment with Wills All Pro was quick and easy and the representative I spoke to was friendly and professional. On the day of our appointment, there was an opportunity to have our repairman come early. The dispatcher was again friendly, polite, and professional. Our repairman arrived very close to the anticipated time, wore show covers the entire time he was in the house, cleaned up any fashion of mess that may have occurred (there was very little) and put everything back together better than it had been before. He was thorough and worked efficiently (but intentionally), and again-was very friendly, polite, and professional. We will absolutely call Will’s All Pro in the future! Highly recommend!

These guys live up to their name. They gave Rockstar service. I called them on Saturday morning to see if they had time to fix a shower leak. They were booked for the day but he said he would make time for me if he finished early. Sure enough he called me back later and set a time for me same time day. Guy is super nice and explained my options. He also had a notebook with set prices for the work so you know that your are not getting screwed. The menu price is the same for everyone. After calling multiple plumbers for two days and getting no call backs it was nice to have a plumber who lived up to his word and got things fixed fast. This is my goto plumber from now on. I can't stress enough how nice and professional this team is.

Called repeatedly to no answer. It was only after I scheduled with another plumber did someone call back 20mins later to say she was returning a call. You return calls if you actually spoke to someone, not after neglecting the company phone and realizing you missed customer calls. Then to call them back as if it were intentional is both unprofessional and degrading on your company image.

We were very well treated by the plumbers who came to service our shower. Rudy was very helpful and able to explain thoroughly what needed to be done. Our shower tub trim kit with valve was what was replace and installed. Very Good Work…

Wolves in sheep's clothingBeware! I feel so sad and stupid for trusting that this company is reputable and has excellent reviews.I was given an arrival window for consultation between 1pm and 4pm. The Technician did called a bit after 5pm to explain that he was held up and running about 2 hour behind. I truly appreciated the call since I felt that he was demonstrating accountability. Around 6:40 pm the tech arrived. Tech was very polite, patient, professional, and engaged well in explaining needed work.He took about 10-15 minutes to expose the water pressure regulator and show that there was a leak and the cost to repair it would be around $1500. Unfortunately, this is were I feel taken by the wolf. I trusted the estimate due to presentation and charisma of the tech. I agreed to the service and price. I decided to do some research before the next day of job needed and to my surprise the quote given was almost 3x more ☹ than estimates online. I decided to get second opinion and indeed charges quoted where about twice higher.I canceled the service and received a call from the company's office manager, Becky, that I owe $425 for the consultation: tech coming out, gas (company is maybe 5 miles from my home), and exposing the line. Of course, I was not happy with this price and explain that a hole was dug and water removed to show water pressure regulator leak. The tech took about 10 minutes top 15 minutes to show regulator and leak and I am responsible for $425 for a maybe 15 minute consultation ☹?. Office manager agreed to reduce it to $225 and provided an invoice indicating an hour work (not true), two techs coming for consultation (not true) and PB1B Basic Pressure Control System Renovation:Basic Pressure Control System RenovationSingle isolation systemPerformance and safety testing, six month warranty (I am not a plumber but I do not believe that none of the work that is listed was done) for God's sake 6 months warranty for exposing the broken/ leaking water pressure regulator?Please take your time to ask questions. I am not sure if this happened to me since I am an ignorant female who should have asked more questions and done research before agreeing to pay 2x - 3x more for a service which was canceled once I educated myself but now I am left with a broken water pressure regulator and a $425/ 15 minute consultation (negotiated down to $225).I am feeling discouraged with humanity! Best way I can describe this experience is: Beware of Wolves in Sheep's Clothing

Kevin really knocked it out of the park today!! He was timely & explained everything to me in detail. I never felt in the dark about what was going on & they worked with us to meet our specific needs and situation. We got everything fixed so quickly & we’re back in business with our ac. After 2 incredibly good interactions with Caliente I bought the yearly maintenance plan and I won’t be going with another company for my ac or plumbing repairs again. Trust me, use Caliente!
