Plumbing Team arrived on time. Took the time to prep the area, including placing a towel to prevent water from leaking onto the cabinet. After install, demonstrated the faucet and advised us about registering the product. Additionally, team inspected our water softener and observed a leaking discharge, possibly saving us hundreds on our next water bill. Excellent Company!

Both my water heater and tub drains decided to stop working on the same day. I gave American Auger Plumbing a call based off of their reviews, & I was VERY happy with their work! They walked me through their process, did a drain cleaning and repaired my water heater in no time. I will be using them for all my plumbing services & I highly recommend them!

We have used Road Runner Plumbing several times. They replaced my pressure-reducing valve, water softener, they found a small water leak outside my house and water heater. They actually found out the the water heater was still under warranty and helped save money. This time around we needed to replace our fixtures in the master bedroom. I had a few questions and the owner Chris stopped by and answered all of my questions and concerns. They have fair prices, knowledgeable technicians and they kept me updated on status of what was done. At the end of the day I have peace of mind that the job was done right. highly recommend!Below are some pictures of before and after they completed some work done by Wally one of their technicians

We met David when the water heater to our home suddenly gave out. My spouse and I were first time home buyers and were very hesitant about who we wanted to call since we did not want to be taken advantage of. David explained everything in detail, was super professional, and was extremely knowledgeable about everything plumbing related. Since that first visit, he has been the only plumber we call whenever we have an issue. He has continued to uphold the same amazing standards as the first time he came to our home. I highly recommend David and his company to anyone who who is looking for a trustworthy, affordable, knowledgeable, and honest plumber. You will not be disappointed! Thank you David and Rockstar Plumbing!!

Our water heater was not working, so I called Sears Home Warranty to place a service call. Sears could not make it out that day, so they sent Premier Plumbing Services. On Wednesday, December 7, 2022, Ruben from Premier Plumbing Services came out on the service call and determined that we needed a new water heater. Ruben told my husband that we would be responsible of paying an access fee of 335.00. It would cover having them take the new water heater to the second floor, then bring the old water heater down to the first floor and the disposal fee. We understand the disposal fee, which Ruben said was 50.00. We cannot believe we were going to be charged 285.00 to bring the new water heater upstairs so they could install it and bring the old one down! Ruben was not making any changes to it; he was only installing, it exactly where we had it before, with no modifications. Ruben advised my husband that he would have to return on Friday because the water heater was not on stock and would have it by Friday. My husband was told if the water heater would have been in the garage we would not have been charged that access fee. We would only have paid the disposal fee.I tried to switch companies, but Sears did not let me because Premier Plumbing had already started the service call. On Friday, December 9th, they came to install it. I was unsuccessful in getting someone to help me bring the old water heater down and the new one up stairs. Ruben asked me; so you really want to move them yourselves? I replied, yes. Then he replied, I can pick up my equipment and will come back later. I agreed, then he proceed to say...I will go do another service, but I can't guarantee that I will return today and we don't work on the weekends. I replied, then you pretty much have my back against the wall because I can not be without hot water for another two days... Just do what you have to do.The new water heater was installed, but Ruben could not get it to ignite. He said he needed to change a part (ignitor) to see if that was the reason that it was not igniting. He changed the part and was able to ignite the water heater. I should not have allowed him replace the part, I should have asked him to replace the entire water heater considering it was supposedly new... but I didn't.After he left; I was reviewing the receipt more closely, when I noticed that Ruben changed the disposal fee for 50 to 95.00 and lowered the access fee. The total still came out the same 335.00. Then, I remembered Ruben commenting that he should be charging more for the disposal fee. I assume that he changed it so Sears Home Warranty could see his disposal charge. To top it off, Ruben said to me, as he was walking out of the house, I would not be able to take cold showers. I would rather rent a motel room or go to a friends house to take a hot shower. I replied, unfortunately, we had no choice but to take cold showers.I believe that we were taken advantage of; due to the fact that our water heater broke during cold weather. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We have reached out to Cinch, who is the company that handles Sears Home Warranty, to put a complaint. If that doesn't work we will look filing a dispute.

Tsanko is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and capable plumber. After I called him he arrived very quickly, assessed the situation, and gave me a fair estimate. He thoroughly explained everything, scheduled the work for a few days later, and returned when he said he would. He finished the work in a timely manner and did an outstanding job. No more leaks at my house!

Wolves in sheep's clothingBeware! I feel so sad and stupid for trusting that this company is reputable and has excellent reviews.I was given an arrival window for consultation between 1pm and 4pm. The Technician did called a bit after 5pm to explain that he was held up and running about 2 hour behind. I truly appreciated the call since I felt that he was demonstrating accountability. Around 6:40 pm the tech arrived. Tech was very polite, patient, professional, and engaged well in explaining needed work.He took about 10-15 minutes to expose the water pressure regulator and show that there was a leak and the cost to repair it would be around $1500. Unfortunately, this is were I feel taken by the wolf. I trusted the estimate due to presentation and charisma of the tech. I agreed to the service and price. I decided to do some research before the next day of job needed and to my surprise the quote given was almost 3x more ☹ than estimates online. I decided to get second opinion and indeed charges quoted where about twice higher.I canceled the service and received a call from the company's office manager, Becky, that I owe $425 for the consultation: tech coming out, gas (company is maybe 5 miles from my home), and exposing the line. Of course, I was not happy with this price and explain that a hole was dug and water removed to show water pressure regulator leak. The tech took about 10 minutes top 15 minutes to show regulator and leak and I am responsible for $425 for a maybe 15 minute consultation ☹?. Office manager agreed to reduce it to $225 and provided an invoice indicating an hour work (not true), two techs coming for consultation (not true) and PB1B Basic Pressure Control System Renovation:Basic Pressure Control System RenovationSingle isolation systemPerformance and safety testing, six month warranty (I am not a plumber but I do not believe that none of the work that is listed was done) for God's sake 6 months warranty for exposing the broken/ leaking water pressure regulator? Please take your time to ask questions. I am not sure if this happened to me since I am an ignorant female who should have asked more questions and done research before agreeing to pay 2x - 3x more for a service which was canceled once I educated myself but now I am left with a broken water pressure regulator and a $425/ 15 minute consultation (negotiated down to $225).I am feeling discouraged with humanity! Best way I can describe this experience is: Beware of Wolves in Sheep's Clothing

I have been out of town when we started experiencing lower water pressure at my house. I called a company they came out and tried to over bill and charge my wife for services. So I wanted a second opinion so I called Ambition. They came out next day every one was professional and wearing mask. Jesse took the time access the issue and showed the issues. Jesse provides options and recommendations. They worked hard and I paid about 500 less than what I was quoted. Jesse and team did a great job!!!!!
