Came out within a couple hours of our call. As he worked, he uncovered that the problems were more extensive than we originally thought. He ended up needing to dig a hole about 2-3 feet in diameter and replace several fittings and damaged pipes as well as the main pressure regulator (the original service need). The added repairs added significantly less than we expected to the original quote for just the regulator. He also fixed some errors that were made when they built the home. I wholeheartedly recommend American Auger Plumbing!

Needed to replace a commode for my mother in law and from the beginning had great communication with Mr. Rooter. I explained my concerns about COVID19 and they explained their safety measures for customers and employees. On the day of the appointment, they reached out and notified me of when the plumber would be there along with a picture. Joe Hernandez showed up and was polite and knowledgeable. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. Cleaned up after the work was done and we are very happy with our experience.

I called 1st Call after the company I usually call for services couldn’t get my AC unit seen. My AC unit, which is only a year and a half old, wasn’t cooling. They were able to get Randall to come and check out my unit the same day. He was courteous and professional, and was able to tell me exactly what the issue was. Randall was able to get my AC cooling during this terrible heatwave while I wait for the other company to come fix the mistake they did. I will be using 1st Call for any other future needs with my HVAC system.

Joe and his assistant arrived earlier than scheduled. The problems turned out to be greater than I had described. In addition to two known leaks, they found a fatal problem with the garbage disposal. They worked quickly and had all of the necessary parts, including a new disposal unit on the truck. Clean up was thorough, and the price was fair. I'll be calling again for a shower repair in my guest bath.

John came to an emergency water leak withing 45 minutes of calling. He replaced a broken pressure valve and left the yard clean and tidy. Posting for my 89 yr old Grandmother. Her kitchen sink was very clogged and she was unable to use the sink. Big City Plumbing came to her rescue. Travis and James arrived in a timely manner, we professional, and did a wonderful job in getting the drain cleared of any debris and got her sink working again. Came to fix a shower door. It was a 10 minute fix and cost around $180. Did not require any parts. I feel like that's a little high but you get what you pay for. Great customer service and serviceman was knowledgeable.
