Best Water Heater Repairs in San Antonio TX

Called to fix a water heater. Were very respectable and on time. They replaced a heating coil and hot water was back for about two days, then out again. After calling them back, they said electrical wasn't reaching the heater, and I needed to call an electrician. Turned out they replaced the coil with one drawing too much wattage, which caused my breaker box to fry. Took an electrician and another plumber to restore hot water and fix my electrical panel. I didn't give them a chance to make the error right, because I didn't trust them back in my house.

Needed a leaking water heater replaced and was able to get fit in the same day. Reasonably priced and technician was professional and speedy. Offered military discount.

First I would like to make a personal thank you to both Joe and Gil the plumbers that came out and did the job for us.In mu opinion both plumbers were friendly from the beginning and spoke very candidly about my service that I was needing done.I went with them because their price was in the budget I had set for my household and that Joe and Gil were willing to do the job that very day we spoke. Mind you this job was important and required to be done during most 3day holiday (New Years) where most business close down early to let their employees off to enjoy their weekend.Joe and Gil took my personal future issues to heart and came early in the morning when they would have already left for their weekend. Jonathan and Joseph came to service the water heater they installed last year. They arrived within the time frame promised and called to let me know when they were on the way. They were friendly but professional. They wore covers on their shoes to protect the floors and explained what they would be doing. When they ran a camera through the pipes they asked me to watch. Fortunately, they found no issues. And, although they explained the cost for their extended warranty they did not push or try to upsell any goods and services-- how refreshing! So many companies find issues that must be addressed at exorbitant costs but this was not the case with Premier Plumbing. They were definitely honest and I would trust them to address any future plumbing issues. They made sure to clean up and dispose of any trash before they left. I highly recommend Premier Plumbing and Jonathan and Joseph, in particular.

Very affable and personable company to deal with. From the outset, you get a feeling of family owned, small business, who are in your corner. There's no upselling from the first person on the phone or whoever's coming for the call. They are forthright with pricing and what needs to be done. Probably because, they get paid hourly and not commission basis. Raul is new with the company but he's experienced in this area and has seen and done enough to clearly anticipate the problem and later prove it with clear evidence. He knew what will need to be done and was very confident. He provided options with pros and con so that I could make a decision I was happy with. Jon Jon accompanied Raul with the diagnostics and he was very polite making a quick job of the whole process.I'm very pleased to have made this acquaintance and hopeful that my job will be completed satisfactorily. Sewage blockage and main line problems are always stressful but they made it less stressful with a clear understanding of the problem and providing clear solution.Update: Their estimate quote was the priciest. Plus, when they ran the camera into the pipes, which I paid good money for, they only looked at one leak and stopped. Turned out there was another break. Taking couple of stars for that. Disappointed with it.

Thank you to Eddie, Marc and Chris. They did excellent work. Came in, identified the issues, fixed the PRV and expansion tank. They replaced my entire hot water pipes as they were the wrong pipe material and leaking everywhere. Should last a while and lower the water bill.

I was told they were experts with my tankless water heater. The technician was clueless and didn’t know how to restart it or reboot it, turn the power off and restart. He just wanted to sell me a new system. If I could give it zero stars I would. They completely took my $89 after I told him my experience and told him to leave my house.
