Best Water Heater Repairs in San Antonio TX

The install of the water heater went well, as far as I can tell - $650 to replace a water heater that failed and was covered by warranty, so that was only the install price for a free water heater. When they drained the old water heater, the used a decorative towel from our bathroom and left it in the bathtub wet and dirty. They left a quarter-size hole in our wall where I'm assuming they bumped into it with either the old or new water heater. Also, when they took the old water heater outside, the left it on our walkway by the front door leaving a rust stain that I have to be able to remove. I think the actual plumbing work was ok, but it's everything else that makes it so I will never use them again. Jon Wayne to the rescue!

Having constant clogged toilets has been a nightmare for me. After calling a couple of plumbers in San Antonio, I finally came across American Auger Plumbing & I was extremely pleased with my experience. The technician that arrived along with his helper were very knowledgeable in what they were doing, they were also very friendly and walked me through the entire process! We have enjoyed exceptional service. Our A/C went out on Thursday night. Technicians were out with room units the next morning and a replacement system was installed on Sunday morning, despite the rain. Louis and Hector were early, finished ahead of schedule and talked us through the new system (and it’s net enabled features). We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend either of them or 1st Call.

First I would like to make a personal thank you to both Joe and Gil the plumbers that came out and did the job for us.In mu opinion both plumbers were friendly from the beginning and spoke very candidly about my service that I was needing done.I went with them because their price was in the budget I had set for my household and that Joe and Gil were willing to do the job that very day we spoke. Mind you this job was important and required to be done during most 3day holiday (New Years) where most business close down early to let their employees off to enjoy their weekend.Joe and Gil took my personal future issues to heart and came early in the morning when they would have already left for their weekend. Supervisor and extra crew also showed up to help with shoring up water heater location. We were very well treated by the plumbers who came to service our shower. Rudy was very helpful and able to explain thoroughly what needed to be done. Our shower tub trim kit with valve was what was replace and installed. Very Good Work…

Tsanko was amazing in diagnosing and fixing our water pressure regulator. We had the whole house shaking and could not find the source of the noise. He came out and evaluated everything and, once the problem was identified, gave me a fair estimate and scheduled the repair in a couple days. Day of the repair he was on time, courteous, and stuck exactly to his estimate. If you're in search of a trustworthy and reliable plumber, I'd say stop searching and give him a call!

Travis and crew did an amazing job repairing the drain plumbing under the house. He explained everything they were doing and went above and beyond. We will use them again as needed and highly recommend them.

Thank you to Eddie, Marc and Chris. They did excellent work. Came in, identified the issues, fixed the PRV and expansion tank. They replaced my entire hot water pipes as they were the wrong pipe material and leaking everywhere. Should last a while and lower the water bill.

Great Job, Had a hot water heater leak, guys were out the next day, great work and compared to lowes or home depot they blew them out of the water with regards to price. Office staff and follow up were great. They will be my go to from now on.
