Best Toilet Repair in San Antonio TX

I looked for four days on the internet to ID a shower mixer. Finally I thought it might be a Cal Faucet. Jason helped me out with the cartridge ID. I was in Texas, Jason was in California an the shower was in Hawaii! He helped out with the shipping and instructions for disassembly and reassembly for my plumber. These guys are top notch. No one else really cared about my shower but these guys did. USE THEM! You won't be disappointed !

The guys where on time, professional and very courteous. This plumbing company hands down will be my go to company. They are veteran friendly and beat everyone’s quotes by nearly half. These other big name companies seems to just want to take your money and try to sell things you did ask for. Call this company before you commit to the other big names. You won’t be sorry!

This was my first time using 1st Plumbing and I called for them to come out and check my HVAC system. They called ahead of time prior to coming over and came within the time frame I had set up for the appointment. Chris was my technician - he was friendly and professional. He checked out the main area of my concern then went on to check out the whole HVAC system to make sure everything was in good working condition. I would use this company again and would recommend their services to my friends and family!

Wow! I'm not one to leave a review but I was so totally impressed with Chris at Will's all pro. Scheduling was a breeze, he came on time (I even got a courtesy call). He was professional, thorough, and even told me how to fix a few of our problems myself. He drafted up a written estimate from his iPad and emailed it to me before he even left. We are selling our home and completing repairs and I've had about 8 different contractors in and out of here over the passed several days. He stood out way above the rest.

I had a water heater going bad so I called the company through warranty, I had to call then 2 times just so I can schedule an appointment, even though they were suppose to call me the next business day. Anyways the finally came and took 5 to 10 minutes and just reset the water heater and said that it was my breaker. The next day it went out again so I asked for a different company and took about 30 minutes to actually figure out what's wrong with it, and it was the heater element of the water heater.We went with the other contractor through rheem and they're the ones that fixed it

Our main line had backed up causing us to lose the use of our washing machine, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Brian and David out of the New Braunfels office came within 30 minutes of our call to Roto Rooter and had the problem solved within an hour! They were kind, professional and got right to work! A&M Plumbing was sent to me by my home warranty company, American Home Shield. My boyfriend was there at the time of the repair. They came and diagnosed the problem(s). One issue was that the sewer pipe was clogged, which they unclogged and I appreciate. That was covered by AHS. For the other two issues that were not covered by AHS, they quoted me $1800 (an issue that could wait to be fixed) and $2140 (an issue that needed fixing now). I thought the $2140 quote didn't seem right at ALL, after seeing photos of the issue myself (a disconnected pipe under the house used for the washing machine ). I called my close family friend who flips and sells houses, and he said their estimate was astronomically high. He gave me the number of the plumber he trusts and has used regularly for years. That guy came out the next day, quoted me $220, and promptly fixed the problem. He sent me videos the entire time, and was highly communicative and transparent with pricing. I have no doubt A&M does great work and really knows what they're doing, but I felt completely violated and my trust was totally broken when they attempted to overcharge me by so much. Unless you have money to burn, look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

i paid 4m to fix leak, now almost a month later,leak reappeared. called and they said they would send plumber at 3pm, it's already 4pm and no one showed, no answer, no response to texts, and no follow up. totally unacceptable will not deal with again!!! water still leaking! totally unreliable and waste of money. stay away from 4M, you've been warned.

Garrett replaced the PRV on my water line today. Price was fair. Service was fast, friendly, and professional on a very hot day. Strongly recommend him and Caliente for any plumbing work.
