“Don’t Call Plumbing” would be a better name. Similar to several other 1 star reviews, a guy showed up and started messing with my water line before even introducing himself. He failed to do any diagnostic tests or inspection, then quoted me $3k for a complete replacement. When I asked why he wasn’t attempting to find the problem he danced around the answer, eventually landing on requiring a $200 FEE to diagnose the problem (to be added to any work he might do). He then played my entire phone call with the appointment service for the neighborhood to hear when I told him this certainly wasn’t what I was expecting.Thankfully I had a way better experience with a different company a couple of days later and we have hot water again.

Ajax Plumbing is a very very reliable and punctual organization Kino Gutierrez and Rick his as a helper came by today I called him a little after 4 and they were here they told me they'd be here in 45 minutes and they were here in 45 minutes and they got the job done in a small amount of time just now they're finishing up and I didn't expect him to show up that fast and be that Pro but they were have nothing but praise for this organization my name is Willie Acuna and you have my phone number thank you

We are in another service company's Rescue Club (yearly contract for priority service). However, when our water heater started leaking I called and was told the soonest a technician could arrive was the next day. Because the estimate was higher than we could comfortable pay, we decided to call around. We did take a few bids and that's how we discovered All Pro Plumbing! The technician came right away and literally went above and beyond in not only the pricing but the service and workmanship. Michael Angeles was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Wish we would have discovered this company when we moved to San Antonio and bought our house in May of this year. We will let our Service Club with current company run out when the contract is over and will be calling All Pro for all our future needs. A very dependable and honest company!

After a nightmare experience, roadrunner was called out, and sent Zach and Frank. They were on time, communicative, had great customer service, and got the job done right. He thoroughly explained everything, scheduled the work for a few days later, and returned when he said he would. He finished the work in a timely manner and did an outstanding job. A representative came out on a Saturday and installed a kitchen faucet for me as I had a house full of company coming. My faucet was old and just a trickle would come out. He was a life saver. He was very professional and kind.

i paid 4m to fix leak, now almost a month later,leak reappeared. called and they said they would send plumber at 3pm, it's already 4pm and no one showed, no answer, no response to texts, and no follow up. totally unacceptable will not deal with again!!! water still leaking! totally unreliable and waste of money. stay away from 4M, you've been warned.
