I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing, I had a broken pipe in my yard and it was expertly taken care of with the plumbers taking extra care to not track mud in my home by using shoe covers and their Mr. Rooter door mat. I was so impressed with the service that I purchased the Advantage Plan which gave me an instant discount along with discounts in the future, preferential scheduling and a free annual water heater flush. Mr. Rooter was wonderful, which is not an easy thing to find these days!

Mitch with Red Brass Plumbing was honest, fast and did quality work. He explained what our options were and the costs of replacing our water heater. I went with him because of the great reviews on Google; and, I felt good about the fact he was a professional (licenced) plumber.I've used the larger companies and they were constantly trying to upsell me.Mitch and his wife Amy, kept on top of his appointments and I received auto updates when Mitch would arrive via text (very nice feature). I would definitely recommend Mitch for any plumbing needs you have.

They kept me informed with text msgs even sending a photo of the service guy coming. Once he checked out my plumbing issues gave me options. I really love I got to choose how much money I wanted to spend to take care of issues. The warranty clearly stated.I recommend them and plan to use them again. Rudy Sanchez is a very professional individual, I ask him alot of questions & he answered everyone of them. He made me feel comfortable like he was a good friend.. Excellent work, professional and honest!

Very expensive. I removed all the parts from the shower so the only thing the guy had to do was to remove the cartridge and put one in. He charge me $250 for labor and $40 for the part.

Absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst plumbing experience ever. Charged $369 to run a snake down the drain out and nothing was fixed. Still clogged and now poorer for the experience. Another plumber did the same work less than one year ago and was able to fix the problem. One year warranty is a joke! Do NOT use this company. Over-priced and bad work.

They are dependable. Easy to talk to. They really do give you options and don’t push you into the expensive option.
I will definitely be using them again.

Had a hot water heater problem that the tech was able to discern and fix within about a 2-3 hour period. Very impressive. He then, of course, tried to up sell us on a product that would prevent future breakdowns like this one (it was only $2k as opposed to $200 to just fix it lol) but we do not plan to live in this home forever. So the fix was a good solution for us at a competitive price. Would recommend these guys in any hot water heater situation. Punctual, professional and comparably priced.
