We received friendly help replacing our water pressure reducing valve outside our home to increase the low pressure in the household. Joey and Travis also showed us that our water softener needed to be replaced because it had stopped working and was causing some of the water flow issues. All the repairs were less expensive than other estimates we had received from multiple companies and were completed relatively fast. We are very happy with the service we received.

Fast response to initial online request, easy to schedule appointment.But, the phone tech misrepresented the cost of a visit for a diagnostic test. He said the test would be paid for by a standard visit fee of $65, but the test actually cost $300. I ended up paying for it when put on the spot, but wish I was told the real cost of the test in advance as the phone tech knew it was the reason for the appointment. If I had more time to think about it I probably would have declined the test.Also, they originally scheduled me for a Friday afternoon but had to reschedule me due to my plumber not being available. This led to a day without my water on.
