***Grossly Overpriced***I didn't have any service performed, but was convinced that they were competitive with their pricing and thus I was willing to pay the $40 fee for getting a quote (with the $40 fee going toward the service). So, I just paid $40 for a ridiculous price quote...They use a book of grossly inflated figures as a basis for their estimate, not a standard materials and labor quote. To run a gas line less than 20 feet (closer to 12 feet), they wanted $1,100 plus a $150 inspection fee.This would realistically be less than $200 in materials (very likely under $100, since it is just pipe, a few joints, and a terminal) and would take maybe 3 hours in labor max. That would make their labor charge run somewhere over $250/hour!This place says they are consistently at the top of the ratings for plumbers in San Antonio, as rated by Ang**'s list. I have no idea how they are able to do that while charging customers such outrageous rates.I would encourage you to look elsewhere unless you just don't care about the amount you are charged.

We had a gas stove installed and Jeffrey came out to install our stove. He is absolutely the best!! We are beyond grateful. He was amazing and fast service. He was extremely knowledgeable.

Great plumbing service. Have used them more than once now and they will continue to be my go to in future for all my plumbing. Prices are fair, David is very knowledgeable, and most importantly to me, honest. Called him for a clogged washing machine drain line. He told me he might not be able to clear it, but gave me the price it would be regardless of outcome. This was up front, BEFORE he did anything, which gave me the option of rolling the dice. Turns out there is a big root intrusion problem in the line (which ruined 2 of his snake's cutting heads) so he was unable to clear the line. He was very apologetic, but he had prepared me for the outcome, and gave me some options going forward. VERY professional and honest way of doing business. Much appreciated David. Will be calling you when we decide what we want to do about the line.

Recently, I have relied on Guarantee Plumbing and AC, Inc. to perform some plumbing work, appliance installation and clogged sewer main. In both instances, the professional staff did excellent work for a reasonable price. They called to let me know when they would be arriving and were punctual. Soft water system installation. Henry and his wife were awesome, and so kind! I made a comment about how I needed salt, and when they went to the store to find an adapter for my system, they also grabbed a few bags of salt for me, unrequested. They were on time, and provided additional information for upkeep of my system. They also removed the boxes that my system came in, even though I should have been the one to unpack the system as I ordered it from Amazon. They were outstanding!

Alex was very personable and professional. He took time to explain everything to me and make sure that I understood. I appreciated his patience.

I was dealing with an issue in my bathroom where the water wasn't draining at times. Eric came out and did a quick triage of the situation. Once he determined the cause, he was in and out in no time. I appreciate the professionalism and knowledge he brought!
