Called to get a water softener, reverse osmosis, and tankless water heater estimate, which they provided for free! No trip charges or nickel and diming me. Hired them to do the work, which they did on time and on budget. They even took the time to educate me on how everything worked and how to best maintain my investment. Very happy all around with this company, will be using them again.

Previous contractor(not 1st call) installed a pressure reducing valve, subsequently we suffered hammering intermittently inside our home for weeks. Said plumber returned 3 times for correction only for the hammering to return each time. Out of frustration and lack of confidence in the initial plumber we chose to call 1st call. They came out same day and was able to locate the issue (incorrectly installed pressure reducing valve, it has an arrow and they still put it in backwards.) and correct it. Turns out we did not need the valve at all bc our pressure is within normal limits (64 psi) without it. So lesson learned here is our first call should have been 1st call. A very valuable lesson learned. Thank you Bradley and Brian for doing such a great job, quickly and without incident. Also for answering my many questions and your knowledgeable explanations. I will ask for yall by name in the future. Thank you ?

Mitch by far was one of the greatest service repairmen to come to my home & help me with a few minor issues i was having, and even fixed something for me without hesitation. His passion, drive and overall just kindness and goodness as a person. He advised me of what i can do since my home is older, which i appreciated so much more than a big box retailer repairman coming and tearing apart my pipes with no knowledge of my home.I can’t recommend him enough. I can not say enough good things about this company. I was told it's hard to find an honest plumber; well, I found a whole company of honest plumbers. With our recent weather, we had a busted pipe. When I called, I really expected the worst, but what I found was caring, professional human beings that were willing to do whatever they could to help us out. From the front office (I wish I could remember the lady's name because she deserves praise) to the guys who showed up with wrenches in hand, they were fantastic. The front office kept me informed, was polite, understanding and made me feel like they cared about us instead of it being a simple business transaction. The guys, Angel and Elisha, were just as awesome. They knew what they were doing, worked fast, explained everything step by step and answered all my questions. They were also willing to laugh and joke around with me late on a Friday night, in freezing temperatures while crawling underneath a 100 year old home to fix 100 year old pipes. In the end, I could not have been happier. I should add that I was shocked by the price....it was crazy fair and way less than I expected on such a night. Our water heater broke while having family in town over Christmas and A&M Plumbing was dispatched from our home warranty. Marc came out and communicated with the manufacture and the warranty to get the parts ASAP and after 2 days we had the parts and they came out to installed it.
