Best Tank Water Heater in San Antonio TX

Called to fix a water heater. Were very respectable and on time. They replaced a heating coil and hot water was back for about two days, then out again. After calling them back, they said electrical wasn't reaching the heater, and I needed to call an electrician. Turned out they replaced the coil with one drawing too much wattage, which caused my breaker box to fry. Took an electrician and another plumber to restore hot water and fix my electrical panel. I didn't give them a chance to make the error right, because I didn't trust them back in my house.

Mitch came out to snake out our kitchen sink, once you get to talk to this man, you get that feeling of knowing you found the right person, not only did he replace our water heater, he also ran new piping and connectors to ensure we wouldnt have any other issues as the existing pipes were a little outdated, dont waste your time looking for anybody else. George and Jose came out and spent about 5 hours locating and fixing my water main leak in the front yard. Lots of fun hanging out with these guys while they did they work; the back breaking work. By the time they found the leak it was four feet down and 10 feet from where the water was coming out of the ground.Working through the rain and the humidity they got it done and look forward to working with them the next time the need arises.

Travis was very responsive, knowledgeable, and overall great to deal with. He quickly identified the issue and repaired it just as quickly. He educated us on how often that particular leak normally happens and how to identify it in the future before it gets as bad as it was today.I also got testy with the dispatch lady, Becky and she was absolutely professional and I quickly apologized, I was indeed over zealous! I thank you all very much and will certainly call again.Update** Alex was awesome. He was on time and very professional. He asked if I had checked the breaker for my garbage disposal. I said I did...then he installed the disposal and it still didn't work. He went to check the breaker...yeeeppp. Lol. Anyway, he did a fantastic job. Cody (I think that was who was with him) was just as professional and knowledgeable. I love yall!

Had a new tankless water heater install my old one went out. A&M Plumbing were so professional from the beginning to the end of service. Had to wait couple of days for the tank to come in but they updated with status from the time the tank was look at until it was install. Mark, who install the tank really know his job.
