Best System Repairs in San Antonio TX

This was the first time using George. They were prompt and courteous. Explained everything they were doing and willing to answer any questions I had. They had to make two trips for parts: first trip to get needed part; second, to exchange incorrect part they were given. However, they did not waste time in getting part. Fee seemed to be comparable to other plumbers. Have added them to list of plumbers for future reference.

Came out within a couple hours of our call. As he worked, he uncovered that the problems were more extensive than we originally thought. He ended up needing to dig a hole about 2-3 feet in diameter and replace several fittings and damaged pipes as well as the main pressure regulator (the original service need). The added repairs added significantly less than we expected to the original quote for just the regulator. He also fixed some errors that were made when they built the home. I wholeheartedly recommend American Auger Plumbing!

Tsanko was amazing in diagnosing and fixing our water pressure regulator. We had the whole house shaking and could not find the source of the noise. He came out and evaluated everything and, once the problem was identified, gave me a fair estimate and scheduled the repair in a couple days. Day of the repair he was on time, courteous, and stuck exactly to his estimate. If you're in search of a trustworthy and reliable plumber, I'd say stop searching and give him a call!

No repair, just an analysis to locate and stop the leak in the kitchen - over $900.00.Pro: Alex was knowledgeable in his analysis and plugging the pipe.Con: His quote to do the repair had changed when he returned to the office. To do the repair was nearly 4,000 - 4,500 more than what he originally quoted.Decision: We went with another company to do the repair and saved 4,000.00. I'm glad we got other quotes.

They came to check a leak we had under our kitchen sink. Advised us that it was coming from the draining basket and American Home Shield would not cover it. However, they still offered to replace it at no additional expense. The representatives were kind and professional and did a great job!

We had a great experience with this company. We had no hot water in the downstairs portion of our home. We called Will's and they came out the very next morning. The man that came out was very nice and professional. He had to replace the thermocouple wire in the water heater. Total cost was $248 which was right at what we expected. He even did some cleaning in and around the water heater as well. Here is one more really neat thing about this company... they even called us the next day to follow up and make sure everything was working okay. How many service companies do you know that make a follow up call?!?! So simple yet means so much to the customer. We will use these guys in the future and recommend to others. Thanks Will's!!
