Shawn from George Plumbing has been helping us with plumbing issues large and small for almost a year now. He has been incredibly helpful in all that time-- enough that I request him. Today, Shawn and Nick came out to address a clogged drain. George Plumbing is not the cheapest-- and there is a good reason for it. They retain their journeymen plumbers over most of their careers. Shawn is one of them, and it shows when addressing plumbing issues. He was thoughtful enough today to not only fix the issue but to make some very helpful long term recommendations. While they were here, the noticed an issue with one of the toilet installs they did and took care of that right away! I highly recommend all three George Plumbing, Shawn and Nick!

Chambliss never disappoints. I needed a water filtration system replaced. Arrived at the scheduled time, took their time and did a professional installation. Their entire staff are courteous and helpful.

Called to ask about the $83 coupon on the website and the lady that answered was extremely rude, stating we could present the coupon but it would not be $83.. so we asked a few more questions and she got irritated , when we told her she did not have to be rude, she replied, I'm not being rude. With a disgusting attitude. Such a shame..I saw so many great reviews and the customer service on the phone alone killed it. Will definitely be telling my friends and family not to bother reaching out to this company for help.

Dan arrived promptly at the scheduled time give me a quick estimate explained the work and very quickly completed it. The did a pressure check and insulated the pipe. He explained the warranty all. Fast efficient and professional. Thank you.

I woke up over a week ago with about an inch of water towards the back of my garage near my washing machine. Did not know where it came from. I went to work and a coworker recommended Will’s All Pro.I called them and scheduled an emergency appointment for late morning. 20 minutes later Samantha called me back and said she could have a technician out there in 35 minutes. John arrived on time and listen carefully to what had happened and went to work checking out the issue was. After looking at everything he came back with 3 different options for me to choose from that would work with my budget.After starting the work John and Matt found out my main sewer line had some issues that needed to be taken care of. John once again wrote up some options for me.What was supposed to take a max of 3 days took over a week to fix due to the original builder cutting corners that now John had to remedy. (Let’s just say it included a jack hammer because my front yard had a huge boulder under all the dirt and turf, and the original line went up and around instead of being put in straight)Through out all this John and Wills All Pro, kept me up to date with the progress. John was extremely professional, warm, hardworking and honest. I will be definitely hiring Wills All Pro again for my gas fireplace and check ups on my AC and furnace and will be asking for John!!

Great experience will surely use again if ever need to.

Was our technician he helped find the best option that worked for us he was professional he preformed the job in a timely manner he helped explain everything that was going on and what he did also I’ve used this company once before with David M as my technician both were awesome did a great and because of them I recommend and will use this company again for any other plumbing issues

Was not affordable. The work was good my issue was very minor and the technician was good.I needed two copper pressure fittings, one shutoff valve, and 8 inches of pex plumbing, about $40 in parts and 15-20 mins of work accomplished in an easy to access area with no obstacles. Got quoted at $350 not including the $65 service call I paid prior to them coming ($415). After pleading with the technician he applied the $65 service call fee to the $350 quote.I was in a bind having no running water in my house for about a week (sudden winter pandemic) so my options were limited and I needed water, so I paid hoping I could work this out further, however they are now not returning my calls....So if your like me and you value your hard earned money be sure to shop around before settling on Premier plumbing.

Let me say, I have came across many plumbing companies and Here City base plumbing is definitely one I'll recommend and work with this company send out Rudy and let me tell you awesome attitude very professional and honest he look into my problem went the extra mile and will be returning to fix or problem so I encourage to definitely get service from City Base plumbing ask for Rudy.

Our toilet was leaking from the base, the wax ring was not sealing. BG Plumbing came out ON TIME and took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. He took out the old bolts sealed the toilet to the floor and calked around the toilet. It looks great. He didn't track in any mud or leaves, he was nice and informative and done in one hour and 15 minutes. His fee was reasonable. We were very happy.

Randell was very professional and a really kind gentleman. Because of Randell we will do business with Rotor Rooter again.
