Chambliss Plumbing (CPC) did an exceptional job from start to finish for the relocation and installation of a new water heater in the attic. The plumbers arrived on schedule, called prior to arriving with an ETA, explained what they were doing during the installation process and provided clear instructions for operating the water heater. There was no mess left over and the pipes are neatly wrapped and strapped.About two weeks after the water heater installation, CPC installed a pressure regulator valve to prevent variations in the water pressure coming to my home. Again, another fantastic job.Thank you Chambliss Plumbing!

After reading a few online reviews I decided to give this company a try. I am glad I did. Scheduling was easy. The office called and sent text messages about times & who would be arriving at my home. JJ & Oscar were the technicians sent out to repair our water heater. They were courteous and professional. They explained everything and gave us options. I would definitely recommend their services and use them again.

NO STARS!!!I went there on Christmas eve knowing that they were suppose to close at 7:00. They told me at 4:00 when I was there that I needed to have the old part and as i left to go home to get the part I asked again what time they closed and was told 7:00. When I returned just at 5:00 they were closed. I knocked on the door as did another gentleman that was there after being told they closed at 7:00 also. The inconvenience of running home and coming back really mad me mad and was very unprofessional on their part. So I won't be shopping there again..I really doubt that they forgot it was Christmas eve.PS. When I called there in the morning to ask if they were going to be open the man that answered was rude and saidWell this isn't a recordingis it? I should have known then not to shop there but it was the only one that was suppose to be open on Christmas eve until 7:00 which they were not!! They need some one a little more professional to answer the phone also. If it is the owner then he needs to learn some manners. Merry Christmas to Ajax Plumbing...

To start, Uryss M. got back to us on Yelp within 5 minutes...after standard working hours. They were professional, courteous, and mindful of my time. Mitch came to our home exactly when they said he would. He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he explain everything regarding our home's plumbing, he was very friendly with our three dogs! He gave us a prompt and accurate estimate, and went way beyond expectations. He did the work immediately following diagnostic, and he finished the work brilliantly! I would recommend this company without hesitation!

Wonderful customer service!! Joe was great! So helpful and knowledgeable about the situation and made sure he educated us before we made any decision. I live in a 93 year old home that was in need of extensive plumbing work. When I purchased the home 2 decades ago, I fixed other thing. I delayed overhauling the pipes until I thought I could afford them. I know well that Plumbing is a long term value, comparable to any serious project in owning a home. I wanted the job done correctly. I had already checked reviews for other big plumbers and looked at the call backs from not having the work done correctly. I tried to anticipate costs based on the extent of the repairs I was expecting. I only wanted to see the plumber one time for this particular repair and installation service.From the moment Rockstar arrived, I could see the difference from other front runner higher overhead companies. I felt like a person rather than a job assignment. David's professionalism was immediate. I explained the trouble I was having and what others had told me before him. After he had a look for himself and had evaluated what he saw, he showed me with photos what my problem was under the house and detailed exactly what would be needed and what I could expect. I especially liked when he pulled out a binder with listed items and prices. He showed me exactly where the prices for the things he pointed out and arrived at a total. He told me how long he expected it would take and offered to schedule it when I could be home. It came out less than what I had planned to budget and I was able to have some other things done also, while he was there. He did it in the time he said it would completed. He did things right and showed me with photos, answering my questions.I highly recommend Rockstar. There is no guessing with them and there are no surprise costs.

My husband Roy and I have used Premier Plumbing twice, once for getting our water pressure valve regulator replaced and second time for locating a leak inside our home. Johnathon and his assistant were always on time, transparent about what needed to be fixed and the price and honest about everything. We will continue to use Premier Plumbing because of their professionalism and doing what is best for us rather than trying to upsell. Definitely will recommend this company to friends and family!

When we initially called the number, the receptionist was very polite and thorough when scheduling for somebody to come out and fix our leaky washer. David and Rigo echoed the good vibes we got from Marisol who initially answered our call, as they came to our home and got the job done. The craftsmanship was great, quick, fairly priced, and exactly what we needed (a couple of other plumbers came and band-aided the issue, but City Base Plumbing RESOLVED it.) Very happy customers, don’t hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs you may have.

Tsanko was amazing in diagnosing and fixing our water pressure regulator. We had the whole house shaking and could not find the source of the noise. He came out and evaluated everything and, once the problem was identified, gave me a fair estimate and scheduled the repair in a couple days. Day of the repair he was on time, courteous, and stuck exactly to his estimate. If you're in search of a trustworthy and reliable plumber, I'd say stop searching and give him a call!

Was able to schedule a technician same day. They explained what they were going to do and pricing completely before beginning the job. Pricing was reasonable and technicians were knowledgeable and able to be done quickly and it was done right.

Fernando was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We had a late night emergency backup and he came out and took care of the problem without hesitation. He was very helpful with not only explaining the issues but researching and giving us options. Would definitely recommend!!

Very impressed with the quality of work & professionalism of Rick and Ryan. I called Rick at 10:30 PM due to a major Water Heater leak. Ryan was at my door within 30 minutes and Rick provided a detailed and fair quote within an hour. The work was done in reasonable amount of time. I definitely plan on using them again for any plumbing issues!
