Best Shower Install in San Antonio TX

George Plumbing is the best of the plumbers. Shawn Jackson fixed everything wrong with my shower and bathtub plumbing with no baloney. The office and plumber were efficient, explained what they were doing and why, were polite, and best of all - they knew what they were doing! The price was also terrific. I had 2 other young plumbers that were so bad I fired them before they began, because they clearly did not know what was wrong, or what they were doing, but boy- could they bill! George Plumbing and Shawn are old-school in the best sense. They do it right, and at a reasonable price! Love them!

#1 Plumber Service of San Antonio. Not only were they professional but I called with an emergency and they came out that very same day. I was given a very reasonable and affordable quote (price range) up front and it wasn’t out of this world like other plumbing companies. Completely incompetent plumber, extremely overpriced and rude staff!! On October 28th we called Blue Frog to fix a leak. It was after hours and we paid $200 just for them to send out a plumber. Homer shows up shortly after and goes in attic for about 15 minutes looking for leak we had already pointed out. He comes back down and says he can fix it for another $280. We question the price and he says he can give us a $50 discount. We ask him to go ahead and do the work. He goes back up with some tools for another 30 min. Comes back down saying his tool is broken. Goes to his truck for another 15 minutes trying to fix his tool. We question him as to whether or not he can even fix the leak. He gives us attitude once more. At this point he has been at our house for close to two hours. It is almost midnight and he states we are still getting charged the $200 but he can’t fix it but rather reroute the water line so we can keep main water line on until someone with the tools can come fix it. Assuming he did something to correct the issue we left main water line running. The following day we had even more water damage to our laundry room. Checked work Homer had done and he rerouted the wrong pipe. Nowhere near the actual leak. Completely incompetent plumber. If he shows up at your house demand another employee. Yasmine (dispatch) and Tanya (manager) were completely unprofessional and rude. A call was made on the 29th for a response back from a manager and we have yet to receive word. Avoid this company at all cost!!

I just had to take the time to recognize this awesome company! From the start of the job (setting the appointment) to finish Mr. Rooter is five stars all the way! The booking process was so fast. I called after normal business hours, but I was still able to get an appointment the following business day. They gave me a heads up of when they were arriving and the technician, Dan, arrived on time exactly as mentioned. Believe or not some OTHER companies have told me they were on the way and showed up over an hour later or not at all. And as far as the service review goes, Dan is definitely an integral part of what makes this company so great! He was very knowledgeable and professional when addressing my issue. He was also speedy and efficient. I appreciate the amazing service, Mr. Rooter!

They did a full plumbing inspection and replaced all parts in a timely manner and was very professional and friendly. Awesome job

George and Jimmy from Ajax Plumbing did an excellent job with a very difficult situation with my old faucets. They were able to locate a faucet that would actually work when it seemed that I might need to totally replace the sink in the kitchen. I am very grateful for their hard work and will definitely call Ajax Plumbing with future plumbing needs.

I needed a leak fixed and the gentleman never came at the time we scheduled or even gave the courtesy to say he wasn't coming at all.

Do not use this company. Happy to take your money for a new unit and install it that day. It doesn’t function as it’s meant to. They send a tech out hours later to the call who was “the closest” and didn’t know how to fix it. Kept giving excuses about the outside temp is the issue. But I’d believe that if our other unit THEY INSTALLED was doing the same. But guess what it is working fine. He leaves telling us to push the unit to its max as we have a warranty, it did nothing. We called to get someone out here and fix it as the whole house down stairs is freezing. And the Manger (who is in Arizona not Texas) tells us he won’t get someone out as they are “busy”. Even Do not use this company. Happy to take your money for a new unit and install it that day. It doesn’t function as it’s meant to. On time, professional and fair. I would normally replace a water heater myself but was very pleased with everything the folks at RR plumbing did. Mahalo!

Rockstar Plumbing was awesome! First though thank you google reviewers…your reviews were spot on. We had a water pipe burst last night and had a water leak in the garage. Plumbers would not take calls or return calls and if they did, they placed us on a 2-week wait list. Then I found David Gonzalez at Rockstar Plumbing. Great person; very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Arrived the following morning well equipped and ready to go. Quickly identified the problems and went step-by-step on what needed to be done and then provided a very fair quote and stuck to it. Work was done flawlessly from beginning to end; all supplies were on-hand, he prepped areas appropriately, completed all needed tasks perfectly and then thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. True professional and an all-around terrific person. Thank you David and to your team as well!

This was the best experience we have ever had with any plumbing company very professional they gave us an estimate over the phone the guys came out the next day and did their job the price was very close to the estimate. They did recommend other work that we do need to help correct our problem from reoccurring they took the time and wrote out the estimate a no pressure here you go we’re here for you when you’re ready. My husband also commented to them how appreciative we were and how different they were to other companies and they shared how happy they were to work for City Base Plumbing and it shows!! Great Job!
