Called 1st Call Plumbing this morning at 8am because my ac wasn't cooling at all. They had someone come out to check it out by 9:30am! They have no diagnostic fee at all and give free estimates. Our technician was Chris. After he determined what our problem was he was able to get it fixed no problem. Chris was polite, knowledgeable, and gave great service. I would highly recommend Chris and 1st Call Plumbing and will be calling them with all my future repair needs.

The gentleman came and took care of my house’s emergency due to the bad weather. They were able to restore toilet to good working condition. Also, they replaced my water heater but before that they helped replace the old water heater I felt very confident and trust the gentleman because I felt the gentle we’re helping me and not taking advantage of a senior citizen. He explained everything step by step and made sure I understood everything the whole way through

I called after getting my foundation repaired and was told that the static test failed. I typically call a different plumbing company that is bigger but also probably the most expensive. I had seen City Base Plumbing while driving around town and thought i would give them a try especially since they have good reviews. My initial call was answered by Melissa ( i believe that's her name) who was very helpful in getting someone out to my house quickly. Luckily they had a cancellation that morning so Rudy and Mateo came to provide an estimate. Rudy was very knowledgeable and completely understood my situation. He was patient when I asked questions about the estimated work and made sure I felt comfortable in understanding what was being done and why. A day later, Angel and Mateo came to complete the job. They both were very courteous and mindful about disturbances as Angel noticed I was working from home. He was very patient while i was on phone calls and dealing with other issues, while trying to get the job done. He is also very knowledgeable and provided details and pictures/videos of the leaks he found and offered a few options to work around my budget if it was needed. Mateo didn't do much talking :) but he was very diligent and stayed on task and worked pretty quickly. Angel and Mateo made a great team and I am happy with the results of their work. I would definitely call City Base Plumbing again!

I called ROTO Rooter for plumbing issues after calling a couple of other companies who claimed to be 24/7 and they were the only ones willing to come out. Dustin G. came out late in the evening on a Sunday to help me with my plumbing issue. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and efficient but was an absolute pleasure despite it being late on a Sunday. I cannot express how pleased I was with the service I received. I would recommend them without hesitation and specifically Dustin.

A representative came out on a Saturday and installed a kitchen faucet for me as I had a house full of company coming. My faucet was old and just a trickle would come out. He was a life saver. He was very professional and kind.

Sam and Chris were kind and very professional. They came on time, located the problem within 5 minutes, made sure I didn’t have to wait to have my repairs done, and communicated with me about what was being done the entire time. Sam also smelled gas around my water heater and made sure to test for a gas leak which was not the service we called them in for, so the extra effort was much appreciated. First time homeowners and we had our first major issue. Sewer water backed up into our guest bathtub and it was a mess. Found John on the nextdoor app-he came HIGHLY recommended from my neighbors-so we gave him a call. He was courteous, prompt and professional. Gave me the price over the phone and found/fixed the issue in no time. He worked in the pouring rain to get us back to normal.
