We had an emergency on a Sunday and I didn’t have high hopes for getting someone out there quickly, especially on a weekend. But 1st call plumbing had two guys at our house within 40 minutes! They quoted us 12pm - 3pm but arrived even earlier than that window. They found a foreign object lodged in our mainline and were able to get it removed. We’re in a new build home and a cutting tool was left in the mainline, so it was just a matter of time before we had problems.Can’t say enough how impressed I was at their work. The two were friendly, quick, thorough, and efficient. Definitely recommend!!

We discovered what looked like a foundation leak on Mon. morning. It was fixed by Mon. evening, without an after hours upcharge! Mr. Mitchell made the time to come out within a few hours of calling, and quickly assessed the issue. He quoted a fair estimate, sent two very nice and capable young men to make repairs. Within a span of a few hours, all work was professionally done, and they even cleaned up after themselves. It's not often you hear people talk about integrity, and doing the right thing by charging a pair price while they provide great service. You will if you hire Mr. Mitchell & crew. He is the needle in the haystack.

I was highly disappointed with the HVAC service I received from Wills All-Pro/Goettle for a number of reasons.1. First and foremost, I'm upset because of the carelessness from the HVAC tech. A piece of PVC pipe/cap was removed from the condensate drain line valve during maintenance. He didn't replace it, and over two months my line backed up and began to slowly drip from that spot. I found the piece lying in the attic insulation, replaced it and it stopped leaking. The water soaked the mat under my HVAC system, the plywood and beams it was sitting on, and soaked through to the sheetrock ceiling in my garage (the water spots was how we discovered this).When I called them, they sent someone out to inspect the problem. I told them I had fixed it but wanted someone to inspect and mitigate the water damage. The tech (a different person) was very kind and professional, but after talking to his boss he said they would not replace the wood or mat under the HVAC and that the drain was installed wrong (another company installed it). When I said I understood that the slope of the drain line needs to be fixed, but the short term problem was his tech left the pvc piece off which caused the damage. He said we can't prove that, and its a he said she said situation. I acknowledge I can't prove this, but I know no one else has touched the drain line since the HVAC check up in July and was frustrated that this is how they treat their customers and don't own up to their mistakes.2. I scheduled a tune up for June, they called the day of and said they had to reschedule, and the soonest available was in August. They called me in July because and opening became available, but it made me feel my business wasn't important to them if they could push my appointment off 2 months.3. They tried to bill me twice. I paid at the time of service and was sent another bill mid-September. I emailed the receipt promptly and it was cleared up, but this shows lack of organization and it was a waste of my time.

Toilet was backing up, not flushing, and causing a mess in the bathroom so we called Premier Plumbing in hopes to get a quick response. Ruben came out same day to assess and determined problem was with outside sewer line. He provided multiple quotes and options from band aid to complete repair.Within 2 days the crew came out with excavator and all was fixed!Thank you Ruben and crew -- great job!

They upgraded my hot water heater to meet code and replaced the tank under warranty. Fast forward to less than two months later and we’re without hot water. They told me I had to contact the manufacturer and wouldn’t come out to see if it was their workmanship or the water heater. Turns out we figured out 4 months later that it was their workmanship and they refused to come out even though we notified them the first time within their timeframe. Even if they give you longer warranty options at a cost, they’re workmanship should last longer than 120 days.

David was very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained everything he was doing and was diligent in getting roots removed as best as possible. His work was very much appreciated.
