We had issues with our water heater, our water heater company called out City Base Plumbing. It was the most Professional and Friendly service we have ever had. We had a problem with a toilet that would not flush. Gill Plumbing had good reviews. We called them not hoping for much, as it was 10:00 on the Friday before a 3 day holiday. Much surprised to hear he would try to be here after 2 jobs and estimated 1:00...hooray!! He got here about 2:15 and went right to work. The two guys were here for 3 hours and also repaired another toilet. We were very pleased with the way they worked and their price was fair. We will definitely use them again.

Today I had Homer and TY from Big City Plumbing come to my home. Both were extremely polite and professional. Having the same trouble arise several times after other plumbing companies had come I decided to give Big City a try. I couldn’t be more impressed Homer was thorough and was determined to find the issue versus finding a quick fix. Homer and Ty took great care in my home making sure to wear booties on themselves and there equipment even though I told them it wasn’t necessary but they insisted. I was also very surprised how reasonable the price was compared to the other prior companies had been. If you ever need a good honest company I recommend Big City. JC Enriquez was outstanding! I used them for my father's house which had a substantial leak that required him to turn off his water until it was addressed. JC Enriquez was there immediately and called me explain the issue then next steps to address it. They were so courteous, knowledgeable and took their time to explain to me on the phone. The did an incredible job, I felt at ease that they had my father's best interest in mind and I will be using them in the future for any repairs at our house as well.

Russell was awesome! He came to my house on a Sunday morning to resolve a problem with a pipe that had been chewed by a rodent and was spraying water all over. Arrived within an hour of calling and had it fixed quickly. Super friendly and explained everything he was doing. Incredible price! I’m sold... customer for life.
