This was the first time using George. They were prompt and courteous. Explained everything they were doing and willing to answer any questions I had. They had to make two trips for parts: first trip to get needed part; second, to exchange incorrect part they were given. However, they did not waste time in getting part. Fee seemed to be comparable to other plumbers. Have added them to list of plumbers for future reference.

They installed the flo by moen smart water shutoff in our house. They were about 20% more expensive than the other quotes I got but they had the most positive reviews and were knowledgeable about the service I was requesting so I went with them. They did a good job in a timely manner. I would use them for other services.

Benjamin was wonderful. He was polite snd professional. He wore protective gear and covered his shoes before coming indoors. He examined all my issues and told me what it would take to fix them. He traced down a leak we had in an outside faucet and gave me options on how I wanted to proceed to stop the leak. After stopping the leak he cleaned everything up. He was here most of the day and charged a fair price for the time spent. I highly recommend him.

First time experience with this business. Called about a leak at the shut off valve. Came out that day to give a free estimate. Gave me 3 options for fixing the problem. The estimate was in writing and once I decided which option to go with I was called the next day and the work was done. Angel and Jon Jon the crew that came to do the work were very thorough in explaining the work to be done. Did a great job and left the job site back to normal. Payment was easy. They accept cash, check and major credit cards.

After reading the other reviews I decided to hire 210 Plumber for work I had been putting off because I knew it was going to be expensive. We were having hot water heater issues, water wasn't heating in any of the showers or sinks. Figured this old water heater was in need of replacement. Called a more visible, well-known company out for a quote. They came in, looked around and told me it needed replacement and some outside work that would have required digging up the yard. Quote was over $2,400. I needed to get another bid to compare, so I Googled and found Chavarria's Plumbing. They were able to send technician Nathan over within a couple of hours. Nathan came in, noticed that the thermostat setting was off and the exhaust pipe wasn't aligned correctly. He corrected it and told me it should resolve the issue. I told him if it didn't resolve it, how much would a replacement cost and he ballparked it at around $1400 parts and labor. I asked him what the charge was for him coming out and he said No charge. We don't do any work that's not necessary or sell customers anything they don't need. I was stunned by his honesty. Problem has been resolved. The water is steaming hot and it didn't cost me a penny. You never know what you're gonna get when you call a service company blindly like that, but I can tell you Chavarria's Plumbing is the ONLY company I'll be calling in the future for any plumbing repairs. Kudos to the company owners for employing such honest, helpful individuals. I will recommend Chavarria's Plumbing to anyone in need.
