I’ve had low water pressure for a few weeks now and have been putting it off for fear of the expense really. Well I went on google and found these guys, I went through their reviews and website which was professionally organized. I decided to give them a call. They came to my house within 24 hours and remained in contact with me. Quick response! Once they got here it was determined it was a pressure vale replacement / issue - they quickly diagnosed the issue and started working on it- within less than 2 hours - my issue was resolved. I thought this would cost me thousands but price was very reasonable. Good Price l, great quality job. Called Mr. Rooter based on a referral from a colleague. I contacted them on Tuesday and they were able to schedule a consultation on Wednesday morning from 8AM-9AM for a quote. I received a text to confirm the appointment, a call when they were on the way, and a text with a photo of the plumber that would be on site. They arrived within the time frame provided. Peter Smith was polite and efficient. He assessed the work, created a quote for me, and was able to do the work same day! The install took a little over 2 hours, including the time it took them to go get additional parts for the install that I had not purchased with the water softer. Peter set the softer up, put in the salt I had purchased, took away all the trash, explained how the unit would work and informed me of a 90 install warranty. He captured before and after photos, and emailed the receipt and pictures as soon as the payment was taken on his iPad. I was very impressed with Peter and Mr. Rooter!

Mitch came out to snake out our kitchen sink, once you get to talk to this man, you get that feeling of knowing you found the right person, not only did he replace our water heater, he also ran new piping and connectors to ensure we wouldnt have any other issues as the existing pipes were a little outdated, dont waste your time looking for anybody else. i paid 4m to fix leak, now almost a month later,leak reappeared. called and they said they would send plumber at 3pm, it's already 4pm and no one showed, no answer, no response to texts, and no follow up. totally unacceptable will not deal with again!!! water still leaking! totally unreliable and waste of money. stay away from 4M, you've been warned.

Okay, here’s my story, last night I came home and noticed water on our garage floor. I pretty much knew it was my water heater and the tank broke and I would need a replacement water heater. Well, that night I contacted a reputable company and they came out and confirmed what I knew and gave me a bid. I thought OMG this is awfully high (my last water heater cost me about $700). We’ll, the following morning I got another bid from a well known company and it was $500 more than the previous one. Then I called Gill’s Plumbing and they promptly came out and gave me a bid and it was in line with my first bid. I went with John Gill and I’m so happy I did. They were so professional and you could tell they were perfectionist and the work they did was amazing. Yeah, it was pretty expensive but now that I see the finished job, IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. I would not hesitate to recommend John for any plumbing issues. I admire his professionalism and dedication to his customers. Please give Gill’s Plumbing an opportunity to bid on your next job.
