From the person who took my initial call to the professionals that worked on the job, everyone was professional. I was given a two hour window of when they would show up and they showed up within 30 minutes of the window. I got a courtesy call letting me know they were on their way, which was nice. The gentlemen on the job were courteous, friendly, and had a very positive attitude. Price was reasonable so with all that, I would recommend American Auger.

Maintenance of tankless water heater.

Although the tech seemed very knowledgeable and they don't charge for consultation fees, we felt like the company was attempting to take advantage of us. To snake our drain pipe on a Friday, we were quoted $485. They told us, if we wait until Monday the price would be $175 as an inconvenience discount. I had no choice as we had family coming in for the weekend and agreed to the higher price. The tech said he needed a helper to complete it and that none were available. Maybe some good luck? I called around and had someone come out on a Saturday for the same price as their Monday quote.Maybe this tech was ready to start his weekend or Mr Rooter severely overcharges? I can't say one way or another but I know I won't be trying their services again.

The 'Great Freeze' of February 2021 took out a few pipes in our house. We sat without water for over 8 weeks with two other plumbing companies not able to figure out how to get it back on. We gave 1st Call a call one afternoon and they were out the next morning. David and Anthony fixed the issues and had the water on within a couple of hours. They were amazing!!With all of what we went through all three plumbing companies suggested that we re-pipe the entire house. David was so wonderful in explaining everything that he was doing and what he was seeing in our walls and attic that we asked if he and Anthony could come back and do this big job. We agreed on a price and the work to be completed and they were back out within a few days to re-pipe our entire house. Again, they were amazing! Always on time, went above and beyond with communication, took a ton of pictures so we could see what they were seeing and to help with insurance, worked oh so very hard and kept smiles on their faces the entire time. I would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing or hvac issue we ever have. They have won lifelong customers!

Good quality work!

Had a great experience during a bad plumbing issue over the weekend around 7pm on a Saturday. We had a backed up toilet coming into the house so I called a few places out of desperation. No one was available for many hours or even the next day. Came across Will's All Pro and they sent Richard out within the hour. We were very pleased with his work and his kindness. He pinpointed our problem promptly with a high tech camera and was able to show it to me on the screen. He was able to get us through the weekend until he came back out to give us an estimate. We have a collapsing pipe that needs to be replaced and will be a decent size job. The estimate was very fair so we will continue giving our business to Will's All Pro.

First time using this company. My service technician was William, he was easy to talk to and provided great feedback and customer service. You can count on these guys to solve the problem pretty quickly and at a fair price. I definitely recommend.

If you are reading this then you are here for the same reason I was. To find a plumber that you can trust that will really look at the issue and give you a fair price. I read the other reviews and called. First responsiveness I called at around 4:45 after my husband did some digging and we were not able to figure out exactly what to do and did not want to take a chance making it worse. When I called taking to Jennifer and Jess with it being so late said the next day would be best, which we were totally fine with, they allowed me to send pictures over and while I was sending the pictures over Joe was in the background and said let us come by and take a quick look - they came by that Evening within like 30 mins. First HUGE bonus just to know it was looked at - showed us immediately what the issue was and said they would back in the morning. Joe and Gilbert came out in the morning and within and hour and half they had us up and working - the price was so fair and they were very transparent. Used the best and updated parts. I am so happy I trusted the reviews and they showed their caliber not only actions but in follow up and response time they are truly top notch. HIGHLY recommend and will use again and again. Citybase plumbing was willing to come out and give a free estimate on several items on our new house. Many other plumbers in the area wanted to charge a fee just to come and give an estimate. Not only were they timely, responsive, and kind, their prices were very reasonable. Their staff was very knowledgeable. In addition, Raul was very thoughtful in his suggestions and offered multiple options to address our needs.

The great customer service and friendly, professional technicians have made Big City Plumbing my go-to for any plumbing issues. Cris helped me fix a few small issues after moving into my new house, and Joey recently installed a drain pan under my water heater and discovered a pipe that needs to be replaced. He walked me through why the pipe needed to be replaced, how the process would go and how much it would cost from start to finish. The office staff are phenomenal too (Rafaela is a delight). Highly recommend!

Great service and excellent work. Fixed a very problematic toilet in no time at all and refitted it with a brand new part for a discounted price. The two lovely men didn't even mind waiting a few minutes for my mom to come home to pay them. 5 stars !
