Roger the service was profession. Knew what he was doing. Though my problem was not fixed he reduced his service call fee to compensate for not rectifying the blockage in my sewer. He should be commended for his courtesy, professionalism and knowledge

As a single female, I never know what kind of service/value I'm going to get from service professionals like HVAC/plumbing etc. 1st Call is the BEST!!!!! They started by explaining over the phone at the time of scheduling that there was no service fee - GREAT. Prior to arrival, they texted me a picture of the plumber with their info AND called me to confirm. When Bob got here, he quickly diagnosed the problem and it wasn't what I thought, it turned out to be something inside causing a leak on the shut-off valve outside.Here's what I appreciated: They could have really gauged me by charging me $500 to fix that and instead, they DIDNT charge me ANYTHING. They showed me what was wrong with the toilet, how I can deal with it temporarily (just lost my job due to COVID so can't spend a lot rn) and now my shut off valve isn't leaking outside and I know what I have to do to stop the toilet from running.I will use them every time from now on!! I live in a 93 year old home that was in need of extensive plumbing work. When I purchased the home 2 decades ago, I fixed other thing. I delayed overhauling the pipes until I thought I could afford them. I know well that Plumbing is a long term value, comparable to any serious project in owning a home. I wanted the job done correctly. I had already checked reviews for other big plumbers and looked at the call backs from not having the work done correctly. I tried to anticipate costs based on the extent of the repairs I was expecting. I only wanted to see the plumber one time for this particular repair and installation service.From the moment Rockstar arrived, I could see the difference from other front runner higher overhead companies. I felt like a person rather than a job assignment. David's professionalism was immediate. I explained the trouble I was having and what others had told me before him. After he had a look for himself and had evaluated what he saw, he showed me with photos what my problem was under the house and detailed exactly what would be needed and what I could expect. I especially liked when he pulled out a binder with listed items and prices. He showed me exactly where the prices for the things he pointed out and arrived at a total. He told me how long he expected it would take and offered to schedule it when I could be home. It came out less than what I had planned to budget and I was able to have some other things done also, while he was there. He did it in the time he said it would completed. He did things right and showed me with photos, answering my questions.I highly recommend Rockstar. There is no guessing with them and there are no surprise costs.

I can not say enough great things about City Base Plumbing!We met them by chance when our Rheem Electric Water Heater had a recall on it and they were the company licensed to have the recall fixed for free, and i am so glad we met them!Marisol is always a pleasure to speak with in the office! The team, Rudy and Angel, worked so quick and efficiently. I had initially one toilet that I bought installed by them, best price for the warranty on labor and craftsmanship after calling several places for quotes. Then we loved it so much we asked questions about what was needed for our guest bathroom toilet, they helped with this and I purchased a second toilet to have them come back at a later date to install that one as well.They also educated us on our water pressure, what it means, what it can do if too high or too low, and gave us quotes for their services offerred to fix ours which was reading well above what it should have been per SAWS site as well. There was no pressure to do this, they just simply educated us on what it was, the issues that could come down the road, why water pressure changes, etc, then left us with not one but 4 different options should we decide to get it fixed!We appreciated the knowledge and thoroughness so much that my husband and I decided to have them correct our water pressure issue as well, and so glad we did! I can not stress enough the value you get for your money as well as the impeccable service they provide. I WON'T USE ANYONE ELSE, they are my go to for my plumbing needs and recommend them always!

Cris and team did a great job on replacing by kitchen faucet and some toilet repairs. From the office staff in booking the appointment to Cris being on time and performing the work in a timely manner, all went well and we are happy. Will definitely call them again.
