I had a clog in a main sewer line, I was expecting it to be around 300 dollars, I called a local competitor that was going to charge me 400 to unclog the main line and 400 to install a wax seal on a toilet. I called Mr rooter, not only did they arrive 30 min early on the scheduled appointment, but they charged me 300 to unclog the main sewer line and 200 for the wax seal. Now I know that many are very handy and can do the job your on your own, but sometimes you don’t want to deal with stuff like this. Yeah maybe there are other competitors that may charge a little less but I just want to make it clear that Mr Rooter was very polite, punctual, and straightforward with pricing. They were very easy to work with and I would recommend them to others and use the service again.

Small mix up in communication but Ajax was able to deliver as promised

I needed a leak fixed and the gentleman never came at the time we scheduled or even gave the courtesy to say he wasn't coming at all.

After having a bad experience with another plumping company, I called roadrunner plumping and explain to them the situation and they guaranteed us they would be out after 4 the same day. I called around around 2:36 and by 2:50 I got a text saying Julian Ramos was our plumber, gave a brief description of him self and picture. Was on his way and even gave us a tracking of where he was at on his route to us. He came very nice, checked our clogged and repaired it in a very timely manner. Service was awesome! Highly recommend!

Chris and Gilbert showed up to take a look at an issue that I was having and were able to show up about an hour and a half earlier than the scheduled time which was fantastic. They were able to identify the issue along with the corrective actions and even took a look at the other toilets in the house to make sure there were no other issues that could happen. The total job was finished within half and hour and they cleaned up after themselves and were on their way. They were extremely polite and professional and I would highly recommend them to any friends and family in the future.

I can not say enough good things about this company. I was told it's hard to find an honest plumber; well, I found a whole company of honest plumbers. With our recent weather, we had a busted pipe. When I called, I really expected the worst, but what I found was caring, professional human beings that were willing to do whatever they could to help us out. From the front office (I wish I could remember the lady's name because she deserves praise) to the guys who showed up with wrenches in hand, they were fantastic. The front office kept me informed, was polite, understanding and made me feel like they cared about us instead of it being a simple business transaction. The guys, Angel and Elisha, were just as awesome. They knew what they were doing, worked fast, explained everything step by step and answered all my questions. They were also willing to laugh and joke around with me late on a Friday night, in freezing temperatures while crawling underneath a 100 year old home to fix 100 year old pipes. In the end, I could not have been happier. I should add that I was shocked by the price....it was crazy fair and way less than I expected on such a night. They didn't take advantage of the situation at all. Good neighbors and good peopleIf you are looking for a company to partner with, this is who to call here in San Antonio.

Edward responded to my resident's issue promptly and with the utmost professionalism. I will go to Tietze first for my property's future plumbing needs.EDIT: Edward is still a great tech, but the behavior I have seen from Tietze recently shows a completely unprofessional lack of care toward customer issues, and I am surprised that, given the experience at my property, that they have been so unwilling to even discuss it with me. I have documented seven separate attempts to contact a member of the management team, but I have been brushed off each time and entirely ignored. My resident was left with her unit covered in fecal matter because of their technician's self admitted inability to properly address the issue after two visits, for which we were charged a full rate, even after the very same technician broke an additional pipe and exacerbated the issue. Incompetence should not be invoiced. Please fix it.2nd EDIT: After speaking with Pat and explaining the situation, she has helped resolve this issue in a manner professional, courteous, and understanding. The only reason I cannot go back to a 5 star review is because it took so many attempts and such effort to even find someone willing to talk to me. That said, I can once again highly recommend Tietze. For plumbing issues, it is Edward; for customer service, it is Pat.

American Home Shield sent them to repair a leaky faucet. They wouldn't do the work unless we spent $895.00 to add an overflow tank and a regulator first. After checking with SAWS and other professionals, we determined that the extra work was not necessary. We still have a leaky faucet. Calling another plumber.

The crews from this company cut off the L-joint where a leak occurred, capped it, and then tried to extort $1200 from me to find the pipe they cut. These guys always seem to start out so good (I had used them before) and then they just get greedy. SAD.

They were very responsive and most importantly on time! Santiago was the representative that helped us out and he was easy and pleasant to work with. Will use them again if we ever need them.

I called Will's Plumbing for a leak coming from a pipe under the sod in my front yard. They scheduled a time to come out that same day and sent a text confirmation of the appt. They called ahead of schedule and asked if I would like my time slot to be moved up, because they finished another job earlier than expected, which was great! The plumber explained what the problem was, how it could be resolved, and worked efficiently to complete it. He explained why the leak occurred and that the new section of pipe being installed would help prevent the same type of leak in the future. For the work that was completed, including digging up the yard, removing and replacing pipeline, and filling in the holes after the work was completed, I feel like the cost was more than reasonable. This is the second time I've used this company and both times have been excellent experiences!

I have worked with many of the JR Plumbing guys but today I had the privilege of having Eric and Andrew. They went above and beyond. They were on time, they were friendly and nice, informative and supportive, and just took more time than any of the other workers they have sent out my way! They have all bern good but today they were beyond amazing!!! Thanks again for always coming through!

Reasonable price. Professional service. Took extra caution and replaced new heater that he had just installed. It appeared to have a leak even though he knew the attached faucet was loose and stopped leaking once tightened. He wanted me to have peace of mind and got the unit replaced. Great customer service. I am a very happy customer!

I dont know why they only have a 3.9...they deserve a 5. They went above and beyond for our family today. I was having issues with my toilet draining and I called and talked to Audra and explained that I had an elderly mother and she instantly got someone to head out. Thank you...Luis and other man worked hard and fixed the issues. Took their time and cleaned up from the muddy mess of putting in a clean out. And the best of all, very reasonable...must use this company...
