I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing, I had a broken pipe in my yard and it was expertly taken care of with the plumbers taking extra care to not track mud in my home by using shoe covers and their Mr. Rooter door mat. I was so impressed with the service that I purchased the Advantage Plan which gave me an instant discount along with discounts in the future, preferential scheduling and a free annual water heater flush. Mr. Rooter was wonderful, which is not an easy thing to find these days!

My water softener broke and the carbon and resin clogged my water lines to the house. Mitchdiagnosed the problem and was determined to get the job done! Other companies were called but he was the only one willing to understand my financial situation and did all he could to meet my financial needs. Not only did he get the job done but also saved me money! He is understanding and is willing to help out in anyway. Highly recommended!

Wills Pro saved me from commiting myself! ? Had a leak coming up through the floor. 2 other plumber visits and ac people visit and we finally called Wills. Brandon came out earlier than expected thank goodness and let me tell you this job was a doozy. He did it though! And he was so nice and so friendly! We are switching to Wills Pro!! Thanks Brandon!!

The work done by Frank and Jesus was excellent. They were on time, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They accommodated all our safety concerns during this pandemic. After quickly working to find and clear the clog in our plumbing, they tested again and again to make sure the clog was definetly cleared. They explained what was happening and answered all our questions. They did not leave until we were completely satisfied with the work. I will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

These guys live up to their name. They gave Rockstar service. I called them on Saturday morning to see if they had time to fix a shower leak. They were booked for the day but he said he would make time for me if he finished early. Sure enough he called me back later and set a time for me same time day. Guy is super nice and explained my options. He also had a notebook with set prices for the work so you know that your are not getting screwed. The menu price is the same for everyone. After calling multiple plumbers for two days and getting no call backs it was nice to have a plumber who lived up to his word and got things fixed fast. This is my goto plumber from now on. I can't stress enough how nice and professional this team is.

Trustworthy

I have just this year began using Big City plumbing at my main residence. I was so impressed with Homer and his communication skills, level of skill and punctuality and respectfulness to my concerns, I have asked him to now work on my rental house. I trust that he will be honest with me as to what needs to be done and what can wait. He never pressures me to afford more work than I am able. He answers my important questions along with my silly questions and doesn't make me feel awkward. This is very important to me since I deal with contractor services often. I believe their pricing is right in the market. Plumbing is not cheap and I cannot do it myself so I must trust and hire someone. Big City is the plumbing service for me and I am thankful to have someone I am not unhappy to call on.

Office staff were very friendly and very punctual!

So they were contracted to my house from the home warranty company to fix my water heater. So of course the warranty company tells us not to worry everything is covered, well Santiago goes out and tells me they'll get back to me because they have to wait for a authorization code I was so mad at him that I went off on him. So I called the warranty company again to tell them what he was telling me. They tell you what you want to hear of course that's the title of a customer service rep. So when Alamo Plumbing Solutions comes out they call the back line and actually speak to the authorizations department. At first I didn't believe that the home warranty company would try to make me pay anything out of pocket. I Also didn't think they would make me have to wait 2-3 days for them to ship to shop the water heater. Well I went to Alamo Plumbing office to tell them look the customer service rep said I didn't have to wait for my water heater. Santiago was at the office at the time when I showed up. He showed me the confirmation of the water heater being ship to shop and then I was furious I called the back line to the home warranty company which the home warranty company is sneaky and doesn't want the homeowner to call. I felt bad for the plumber because after doing my research I found out that when you call the home warranty company your call is answered by a rep in another state possibly even an other country. He tried to even give me one of is water heaters that he stocked in his office. Of course the warranty company didn't want that either. I am writing this review to thank Alamo Plumbing Solutions for trying their best to help me and I'm sure other home warranty customers. Also be aware they wont pay your plumbing contractor nights or weekends so don't think about them sending anyone after hours or on a weekend. If it sounds too good then maybe it is!!

During recent storm, needed copper elbow repaired...had couple plumbering companies fall through due to improper equipment and supplies, lack of knowledge or unavailability, no water for 6 days...while a neighbor was helping to repair the elbow they reached out to me at noon today to see if I still needed their services, had plumber available same day and fixed right away...they were prompt, professional, efficient, had right equipment and got my water running! Most definitely recommend them...will be using their services in the future...

I had a plumbing EMERGENCY! The water line supplying the toilet has a valve you can use to turn water on or off. Ours completely busted which resulted in water bursting into the bathroom at full force. I needed someone to fix it fast (even though I did manage to twist the main supply off) and Guarantee Plumbing is approx. one block away. The guys came right away, installed a brand new valve, and some other device in the tank. I was so relieved!And, the total cost was absolutely reasonable $2XX.00 ... two hundred and something...but not too bad at all since I was guessing it would have cost over 3.Whew

Hands down the best plumber I’ve ever worked with. From their office staff (Lindy & Gabby are the best) to their field guys, I’ve even spoken to the owner, they’re all amazing. They answer every time I call no matter what the issue or question is. Highly highly recommend!!!

I was not happy with this company. They did not inform me that it would be $297 for them to locate a break on top of the $267 for the visit. They also quoted me to replace 38’ of pipe when other companies stated it only needs a section replaced.

Maz was an excellent and very thorough technician! We are very satisfied with his work and are grateful for his diligence in helping repair our AC unit!
