Clinton did a wonderful job, very professional. My dogs usually bark at anyone in the house, yet they didn't bark at all. Goes to show that animals can sense a good character. Which made it even easier for my parents to hire him for the job.

They were honest! They fixed the problem and recommended a long term solution other than spending several thousand dollars to fix a few hundred dollar problem. I would tell everyone these are the plumbers you want to know. Fast ,honest and reasonably priced. I will use them again,you should too!

I highly recommend Red Brass Plumbing. They are licensed, honest and reliable. I had a leak on my water main and they came out within an hour on a Saturday morning. They came to check a leak we had under our kitchen sink. Advised us that it was coming from the draining basket and American Home Shield would not cover it. However, they still offered to replace it at no additional expense. The representatives were kind and professional and did a great job!

I was so impressed with Homer and his communication skills, level of skill and punctuality and respectfulness to my concerns, I have asked him to now work on my rental house. I trust that he will be honest with me as to what needs to be done and what can wait. He never pressures me to afford more work than I am able. He answers my important questions along with my silly questions and doesn't make me feel awkward. This is very important to me since I deal with contractor services often. I believe their pricing is right in the market. Plumbing is not cheap and I cannot do it myself so I must trust and hire someone. Big City is the plumbing service for me and I am thankful to have someone I am not unhappy to call on.
