I called George Plumbing at just after noon and Ellie told me that they had a master plumber they could send out between 2-4pm that day!Austin and Dan showed up at about 3:00 after I received a courtesy call from George Plumbing that they were on the way.When they arrived I showed them where water was leaking from the garage ceiling under the laundry room. I told them I thought it was a ripped copper pipe or that a fitting had come loose.They checked the laundry room first for a cursory look to ensure the leak wasn’t in there, and it wasn’t.We went back into the garage and Austin used a ladder to view the leak after Dan turned the water on.Austin found the leak IMMEDIATELY! It wasn’t a pipe leak at all but rather the Thermal Expansion Tank on top of the water heater had a pinhole size leak in it so when it was leaking it was spraying the ceiling giving the appearance that it was coming from the ceiling.I was so happy he found that pinhole as it negated very expensive repairs.Austin and Dan are very professional and know their trade, and are very personable.I would have them back in a heartbeat and can highly recommend George Plumbing.Thank You George Plumbing for making my day!

I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing, I had a broken pipe in my yard and it was expertly taken care of with the plumbers taking extra care to not track mud in my home by using shoe covers and their Mr. Rooter door mat. Our main supply line was leaking under house. Mitch was outstanding; from the first day to give us a quote, to the time he finished the job. Everything was explained and thoughtfully considered to ensure the job was done while keeping the cost as low as possible. This includes the water abatement company Mitch recommended. Initially we had scheduled service with another company who was not honest with us about installing AC on the same day we scheduled to meet with them. Very affable and personable company to deal with. From the outset, you get a feeling of family owned, small business, who are in your corner. There's no upselling from the first person on the phone or whoever's coming for the call. They are forthright with pricing and what needs to be done. Probably because, they get paid hourly and not commission basis. Raul is new with the company but he's experienced in this area and has seen and done enough to clearly anticipate the problem and later prove it with clear evidence. He knew what will need to be done and was very confident. He provided options with pros and con so that I could make a decision I was happy with. Jon Jon accompanied Raul with the diagnostics and he was very polite making a quick job of the whole process.I'm very pleased to have made this acquaintance and hopeful that my job will be completed satisfactorily. Sewage blockage and main line problems are always stressful but they made it less stressful with a clear understanding of the problem and providing clear solution.Update: Their estimate quote was the priciest. Plus, when they ran the camera into the pipes, which I paid good money for, they only looked at one leak and stopped. Turned out there was another break. Taking couple of stars for that. Disappointed with it.

This is the only company after calling over a dozen that responded to my after hours request for sewer back up at my complex. The guy was professional and kept in contact with me until his technician showed up on site. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend and will be using again.

A week ago, one side of a rental duplex property had a water leak. I had asked some friends I know for names and numbers of plumbers. Got responses, called and no answer. Then I remembered about Big City Plumbing. I knew the wife of the owner and had referred people to them before, but I had never personally used their service. So I called to see if the could come for an estimate. They were booked solid for the day, but they said yes, they would fit me in. I called back 2 hours later and changed my call from an estimate to repair. They said no problem. On a bay they are booked solid. A hour goes by and I get a text from a number I am not familiar with. I open the text, it is a photo of Homer, from Big City Plumbing, he will be the plumber that will be coming to my address and will be there shortly. That is amazing. especially since I have not used this company before, I am now aware of who the plumber is, what he looks like and a time frame. In this day in age, that is above and beyond! Then he shows up, my father explains the situation, voices all his concerns and everything he wants looked at, fixed and checked. Homer does everything my father asked, was very professional, did not talk down to my father nor did he assume my father knew what he meant to say. Homer took his time, did an amazing job. Was so professional. My father was pleased. Today, the other side of the duplex had an emergency. I called Big City Plumbing, they were open today, Audra is so sweet and professional. Sets up an appointment for me and less than an hour later, I get a text message from Big City Plumbing with a picture of Charlie who will arrive shortly! Charlie gets here, fixes the problem, is so nice, professional, patient, courteous and did an impeccable job. I have never had this type of professionalism and courteousness from a company. From the moment you call for assistance till the moment they drive away. We will now only use Big City Plumbing!
