I would like to say thank you to Richard Armendariz and his co-worker for helping replace s pressure valve for us. This team originally came out to work on my neighbors plumbing and as I was getting my mail, I asked if they had time if I could ask about some pressure issues we were having. They were happy to assist and stayed late to fix our problem the same day. They ensured that all co-related areas (water heater, sprinklers) all worked together. Replaced my water cutoff valve next to water meter. Techs were both very responsive and explained step by step on the repair needed. Chris was professional as well as helper I believe his name was Joseph. They were very timely in the repair.

I tried a couple other plumbing companies in town & they quoted me a lot to fix one valve in one of my bathtubs. Fernando came out & fixed the cold water valve in each of my 2 bathtubs for 2/3 what the others wanted to charge me for one. He was on time & quick to fix the problem. The Maintenance guy came prompt at 0700 before the shop even open. i scheduled regular maintenance check for summer and was pointed out to a different potential problem. the part was not available on the truck, but the maintenance guy ran to shop and fixed it while i had to leave for work. I came home to a better than usual cooled home and no mess at all outside. I recommend this company to all. In the past i have had a tech wire my unit wrong and broke the motor . 4 thousand dollars later i never made that mistake again.

They did a great job. They were professional, courteous and responsive. My second shower and sink work great - I had basically stopped using them because of leaks. And now I have a fully functioning second bathroom again. Legend Plumbing performs quality work and it's definitely worth it.
