Called George Plumbing Co for an appointment. Appointment was scheduled the next day. Dan and Austin were good at explaining the problem, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. 1st Call was amazing. Recently they installed a water purification/ conditioning system. They had to do a lot of work to get it in. They were professional and did a wonderful job. The cost was reasonable. They are now my go to for all plumbing and air conditioning needs

05/16/2020Another update: I finally decided to use my credit provided for the issue below to have my AC serviced. The tech was awesome, completely personable and 100% straight forward. The only issue remains the same as last time, I've since had 5 other companies out to validate the issue and for both repair and replacement Wills All Pro is 15-20% higher on price for comparable equipment. While I was happy with the service, I am disappointed they priced themselves out of being a contender againOld Issue:Update: I just received a call from the company. Not only did they apologize for the issue, they aimed to actually have it rectified if I hadn't done so myself. Instead I have a credit towards future services. As I said, the customer service aspect is top notch even if this one experience wasn't.I was truly impressed with the customer service. Multiple confirmations were sent, texts were sent when the tech was on his way. I was even provided a picture so I knew who to look for.As for the actual issue, we had an overflow tube that was too high which allowed the tank to overflow. While an easy fix, this flooded our bathroom so we were trying to handle bigger issues and didn't have time at the moment to run down to Lowes/Home Depot. This is $20 worth of parts in total from your local hardware store so I was expecting $200-300 for a plumber to replace it. What I got was multiple options, $250 to replace only the overflow tube or fill valve but not both (thus still leaving me with an issue), ~$500 to replace both or ~$1000 to replace the entire toilet.With all the great ratings I'm truly disappointed. While the service itself was great, the pricing was insane considering it's 15 minutes and $20 worth of parts. I was surprised and chose not to use the service when I was advised i could be charged $250 but not fix the issue fully which I was told with a straight face while my kitchen ceiling was leaking water and coming apart. The worst part is the plumber turned back on the water to diagnose the issue and left it on to go pull together the prices. We noticed this once he left but already had even more water pouring onto the floor thanks to the oversight.I'm sure they're a great company but I hope they read and address this type of issue in the future.

We have used Rockstar Plumbing or 4 projects and have referred them to friends as well. They are quick to respond, normally great availability, on time and professional. Chris and Gilbert have helped us today and with one other project.

Very professional and reasonably priced. My water heater was replaced very quickly and in a very clean manner. I'm very happy with the work done and would highly recommend BG plumbing for your plumbing needs. I will definitely will be using them again.

Professional on time great service

Had a leak from water filter system install. That company had claimed to have repaired leak. Abel repaired both inlet & outlet lines that were leaking. He also found previous repairs & reran a new line from the water meter. Explained everything in detail as he and another young man worked on the lines. Pointed out a broken cover for the water meter & advised me to contact saws to repair. Pricing was much lower then anticipated. 5 out of 5 jalapños! Will highly recommend :)

We have used Aramendia 3 times recently at our condominium complex & have been very pleased with all aspects-they keep us informed, arrive when expected, and promptly take care of the problem. All employees have been very professional & helpful. In particular, Greg has been on site all 3 times & has been unfailingly polite & explains what the problem is & how they are going to fix it. Orlando and his apprentice were the absolute best. They identified the problem in my front yard and within a short period of time, I had my water running finally after a week without.
