David unclogged my kitchen drain and replaced my pressure regulator. They arrived at the prescribed time and was very thorough in performing the job and explaining preventative maintenance to me for the future. They were professional and very respectful. NO STARS!!!I went there on Christmas eve knowing that they were suppose to close at 7:00. They told me at 4:00 when I was there that I needed to have the old part and as i left to go home to get the part I asked again what time they closed and was told 7:00. When I returned just at 5:00 they were closed. I knocked on the door as did another gentleman that was there after being told they closed at 7:00 also. The inconvenience of running home and coming back really mad me mad and was very unprofessional on their part. So I won't be shopping there again..I really doubt that they forgot it was Christmas eve.PS. When I called there in the morning to ask if they were going to be open the man that answered was rude and saidWell this isn't a recordingis it? I should have known then not to shop there but it was the only one that was suppose to be open on Christmas eve until 7:00 which they were not!! They need some one a little more professional to answer the phone also. If it is the owner then he needs to learn some manners. Merry Christmas to Ajax Plumbing...

Mitch came out to snake out our kitchen sink, once you get to talk to this man, you get that feeling of knowing you found the right person, not only did he replace our water heater, he also ran new piping and connectors to ensure we wouldnt have any other issues as the existing pipes were a little outdated, dont waste your time looking for anybody else. Outstanding service as well as an outstanding person

Wally and Chance came out within an hour of calling, exactly as the timing was initially described at my first (very pleasant) phone call. This was at 4pm on a Friday! They stayed and completed the job fully until 7:30pm, even in the dark. I greatly appreciated the prompt and professional service!

Alvin was our plumber and truly went above and beyond. Our water heater went out and he came out that evening. Even after getting a blowout tire on the way. He was nice enough to call me and let me know the situation and that he would still come by after fixing his tire. Unfortunately the time he arrived I had just left to pick up my kids and he still waited and finished the job that night. I don't think he left till 9pm! Amazing work ethic and great attitude. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone.

I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with Fernando and Chris . They fixed four toilets and my tubs . We have been having a terrible time with the toilets flushing slow and the tubs draining and noisy leaks . They arrived on time put on shoe covers and mask and got to diagnosing the problem. I love when people work in teams and there team work was awesome . They finished quickly so that I could continue my day . I would definitely recommend them .

After numerous calls to other plumbers, I called Big City Plumbing. Audra was great at listening to my problems, answering my questions, and then was able to give an exact quote. She scheduled someone to come out within the next few hours with no added emergency fee. I received a text message when the plumber was dispatched. I'm always a little skeptical when someone comes to my home that they may not have my best interest or try to up-sell me on other items because I don't know about that particular field. Well, Antonio Solis came to my home, was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions, and never seemed to be rushing. I felt appreciated from beginning to end, and I will be sure to contact them for all my additional plumbing needs. I also liked that my receipt was emailed immediately to me. Thank y'all so much!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Alamo Plumbing! I would recommend them to my friends and family! There staff is knowledgeable, and they came the same day! We had an issue with the City (saws) and a sewer leak, and they took care of the paperwork need to appease SAWS, and even called in the report to SAWS! Thank you Alamo Plumbing!
