Best Repair Plumbing Fixtures in San Antonio TX

2 weeks after the big freeze of February, a flood stop alarm for my water heater went off and alerted me to a leak. The leak wasn't coming from the water heater actually, but from a pipe behind it in the wall and the water, fortunately, leaked into the containment pan that the water heater sits in and where the flood stop sensor is. It was a Saturday morning, never the best time to get a plumber, and since I already knew that every decent plumber in the city was booked up for days or weeks in advance (due to the ice & snow storms), I searched on line for an emergency plumber. Bluefrog had the best ratings of any service I could find and I was able to book an appointment for 2 days later, on the following Monday, which I considered very good fortune. Monday morning Clinton promptly arrived in very good, friendly spirits, and proceeded to look at the issue. He did an excellent job, maintained the best, most respective and friendly disposition, and was very forthcoming in explaining everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I like to learn so I drank it all in and he went above and beyond in explaining things to me. I learned a lot, much of which will be useful in the future as I keep on the look-out for potential problems down the road. He also took care of a slow leaking faucet outside. I chose to join the 5 year membership because that's a good value and it gave me a discount on the charge for his services. But this is not a discount plumbing service - it's a premium service. It's probably the most expensive plumbing company I've ever hired but after all the issues of the past month, the fact that they came out quickly and Clinton's nature was so good, and the fact that the amount of the charge was doable for me, I didn't hesitate to go ahead with them. As I say, if you want the least expensive work done, this is very probably not the company for you. But when he was done, I felt that every penny I spent was worth it - because the service was first rate, his skill was excellent, the equipment he had at his disposal was top of the line, and the education I got was a great benefit. In addition, Clinton explained a lot that can help me have a better consistent maintenance of things which could save me a lot of money in the long run. This was definitely a case where you get what you pay for. I did, and I have no doubt I will continue to get the best service from Bluefrog over the next 5 years of service. I'd hire them again without a second's hesitation.

There are cheaper options, but you definitely get what you pay for with these guys! I got an HVAC Inspection scheduled for the day after calling to set up an appointment. Fabian was the epitome of professionalism: on time and very approachable, personable, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and gave me several different options that I could choose from, and he was able to come back the next day to do the actual maintenance. You can just tell he's an upstanding guy. Dude is seriously best friend material. 10/10 would hire again.

Was not affordable. The work was good my issue was very minor and the technician was good.I needed two copper pressure fittings, one shutoff valve, and 8 inches of pex plumbing, about $40 in parts and 15-20 mins of work accomplished in an easy to access area with no obstacles. Got quoted at $350 not including the $65 service call I paid prior to them coming ($415). After pleading with the technician he applied the $65 service call fee to the $350 quote.I was in a bind having no running water in my house for about a week (sudden winter pandemic) so my options were limited and I needed water, so I paid hoping I could work this out further, however they are now not returning my calls....So if your like me and you value your hard earned money be sure to shop around before settling on Premier plumbing.

Tsanko is awesome. He quickly responded to my voicemail and arrived within an hour to assess my issue. Repair was completed in about 1.25 hours to include parts run. Very professional. I will definitely call BG Plumbing again.

Tietze Plumbing installed a new tankless water heater, and water purification/softener system. Their Master Plumber Robert Mesaros was outstanding with understanding our goals, and offering an option that is perfect for our home. The plumbers were professional and on time. The old water heater was removed and a new one was placed. The installation included bringing everything up to code. The quoted price was the price charged. The plumbers were friendly and answered all my questions. I would use them again for my plumbing needs.

Joe and all his employees are truly amazing, they started working the day they came out to give us a quote. They had to repair a busted pipe under the toilet and wasted no time getting started they gave us an estimate of when the Job would be done and they finished early. We had a terrible sewage back up following a downpour here on north side of San Antonio TX. After spending a couple of days cleaning up feces and toilet paper, etc I knew I would lose my mind if this happened again. Fortunately, the JR plumbling team came quickly, on time, and located the problem with roots blocking our pipes. They were up front about cost so we knew what we were getting into. They also cleaned up the floor afterwards knowing I could not tolerate one more clean-up job. They also gave us advice to keep this from happening again. Well worth the $$$!! and guaranteed through next year's spring rains.

Nathan arrived promptly and did the work in a most expedient and professional manner. All issues were resolved. I did not know that such work could be done in such a short period of time. There was even a bathroom sink that was not functioning properly. He identified the issue and repaired it.Was very much pleased with the pricing as well. Would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing issues in the future.

I dont know why they only have a 3.9...they deserve a 5. They went above and beyond for our family today. I was having issues with my toilet draining and I called and talked to Audra and explained that I had an elderly mother and she instantly got someone to head out. Thank you...Luis and other man worked hard and fixed the issues. Took their time and cleaned up from the muddy mess of putting in a clean out. And the best of all, very reasonable...must use this company...
