This is our first time using George Plumbing Co. Everything went well from setting the appointment to diagnosing the issue with my water softening system. Shawn was very knowledgeable and sourced the problem, explaining everything as he worked. He did the required research, setting a future date for the actual repair, since repair was to take more time than he had. This appears to be a very professional company. I am pleased he is willing to repair versus just offering replacement as the best option

Plumbers were prompt & thoroughly explained their procedures for a water softener removal & replacement. They quickly removed our old unit & installed the new unit. They tested all connections and cleaned up. It was a pleasure having them do the job.

Waste of time calling a plumber who doesn't want to dig to find a clog in a system. The plumber stood around with his arms crossed while my husband crawled around to find clogged pipe.

Very pleased with Adam and his crew from 1st call plumbing. They came out on a weekend and stopped a leak inside a very difficult place to get to inside of a two story wall in a very narrow crawl space in the heat of summer. Will be using this company for all of our AC and plumbing needs.

I had some issue with water flow, I have an older home and I started having issues I took a chance to visit with Mitch (owner) as his was doing some work for my neighbor. I explained the issue that I was having he was glad do give me an estimate. I contracted him to do the work he was always on time and kept me informed to how progress was going stayed on budget work done in a timely manner. I strongly recommend red brass plumbing. I’ll always keep his number handy.

I called this company to fix my broken shower head assembly on Saturday. The technician said it was missing two screws and he had to reassemble once completed.He showed me the price breakdown and due to this being a significant issue I willingly paid for the service of $689. It didn’t sit well all weekend and I requested to speak to a manager.The manager gave me his politically correct response and because I’m a veteran he then tried to give me some other offer but needed approval from the big boss. I asked about price of materials and labor for the current job but that’s not how they gauge the job.Two screws, reassemble the shower housing unit, and the technician was completed in less than 30 minutes once he started the job. So this is how veterans are treated in the state of Texas which is a TOTAL RIP OFF for any consumer.And to think I went overseas to Iraq and Afghanistan to fight for people and companies like this. It’s very shameful to know this company took advantage of a consumer after I tried to rectify my concern.Needless to say I will not be using this company in the near or distant future.

Frank and Jesus were both extremely courteous and really went the extra mile. They offered pointers for avoiding more leaks in the future and were extremely thorough and patient.

These guys are AMAZING! I would 100% recommend their services. They’re friendly, quick to finding a resolution and very knowledgeable. They were kind enough to even walk me through the process of their repairs and gave a presentation at the end proving the quality of their work! Had a small leak somewhere in my plumbing and David and Rigo did an amazingly thorough job of checking all exterior areas of the plumbing prior to going through any drywall. They were kind, professional, and did a great job of explaining everything to me. While I really hope I never need a plumber ever again, I will unquestionably call City Base Plumbing for any future needs.

This man Fernando Jessica Favela is heaven sent. He's owner of Ambition Plumbing .He and his employee Samuel Galvan did a great job at my house. I hadn't had water since last week cause of a broken pipe,so i thought. Well seems i had 21 breaks under the house. They worked hard til past 12 midnight last night but seems every time there was another pipe leak. They came back today determind to get my water going. Finally i have water. Shout out to this remarkable team.The surprise came when he charged me. He asked me for a donation!!!! My God there are very few men like this. I know it was a lot of work and in the thousands but he said he wanted to help people out ,he knew it was hard. May God bless him and his family.❤❤
