Great company, professional and on-time every time!

Ernest and son, Trey, were here to repair a water heater/softener and faucets. They were very respectful, very knowledgeable and efficient.They returned on the following Saturday and removed the old water heater & softener and installed a new system successfully, and SAFER than the old one.Ernest & Trey return this Tuesday (12/31/19) to remove the Pfisher faucets, and install new MOHEN.

Well, I had a toilet back up into the bathtub and after doing lots of youtube research to try to fix the problem myself, I called at least a dozen plumbers with estimates ranging from 400-900$+. I happened to be in the area and spoke to the office personal and was impressed with her ability to work with me. Wally the technician they sent me was absolutely awesome. We have decided as a family, this is the plumbing company we will go with in the future.

Great service! They came in the evening and were able to repair the leak the next day. They worked quickly to take care of the problem. Very helpful and professional.

Replaced leaking outdoor faucet. Price was outrageous for 5 minutes of work and at most a $5 lesser quality fixture. They no-showed on my initial appointment then told me when I called later that they showed up and no one answered the door or phone calls. No voicemail, no missed call, and no sign of them on my video doorbell. Never got a follow up call from the plumber and actually had to call them back to reschedule. I should have used another plumber after my first appt experience, but I ignorantly thought they'd give me a price break on such a simple job. No price break, no reason to ever call Tietze plumbing again.

Very helpful over the phone explaining what my problem could be. Very professional/courteous once they made it out to our home, had the problem fixed in no time! Would recommend!

Unfortunately, our main water line ruptured yesterday, on our side of course, and we had to find a plumber to come out and repair it. Someone mentioned Big City Plumbing and so we read the reviews and decided that they would be the ones to call. Anthony came early this morning, evaluated the situation and had it fixed within an hour of his arrival!!! I can see why the reviews we read were 5 star, as we received 5 star service. We will only use BCP from now on for ANY of our plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service!

Very knowledgeable with the issues. I appreciated the free evaluation for moisture and clean up services. A little expensive given what they needed to do - however I would use their services again with the quick responses, on time show up, appointment scheduling and overall experience. Thank you Jeff!

One more great experience with this company. My issue was not easy to diagnose, but my tech spent the required time to figure it out. On top of his excellent technical skills, he was extremely courteous and friendly. Once he found the issue he made a sound recommendation and didn't push anything I didn't need.

Pedro is the man! We had a water leak and all I needed was to shut off my water. I was willing to pay to get someone to do it if needed, but Pedro immediately gave me advice, asked for photos and even video chatted me to point me to my shutoff valve. He even told me how to fix the issue on my own by going to Home Depot. I will have him ready for the next time I cannot fix myself, highly appreciate the kindness and professionalism!!!?

Busted pvc pipe in the yard and they tell us we'll have to wait 2 days (because who needs water turned on in their house right?) Told them we'd call someone else and they had no problem with the loss of business. Luckily found out the same people that work on our AC also does plumbing, so buhbye Bryco, no one in our family will be calling you ...especially if threes an emergency
