My mother had a leak at her home over the holiday weekend and when we called the owners, Kathy & Kevin, they jumped right on it and we were on the list to be seen right away as my mother had to turn her water off. This was very traumatizing as my mom is elderly and needed some help. Roy was the ultimate gentleman as he worked hard to repair her leak. Only made me pay for what I needed, whereas a competitor with a catchy jingle sent a salesman along with the plumber and suggested that I needed to replace EVERYTHING ... which had contradicted what the plumber had just told me seconds earlier. Don't be fooled by flashy TV commercials, AJAX is now my go-to plumber! Just schedule by phone, however. I didn't receive a response with my online request.

After several days without hot water and tired of waiting for the Home Warranty response I called Roadrunner Plumbing , a company that was referred by a close friend.Next day they sent two pleasant and professional technicians.The water heater was 13 years old and had to be replaced.An estimate was provided and explained in full detail.Since the heater was installed in the attic and had no flood stop they highly recommend,for a peace of mind,the installation of the unit.We approved the job.Service was fast and clean and now my wife is happy.Excellent experience so I highly recommend this Company.

I can not say enough great things about City Base Plumbing!We met them by chance when our Rheem Electric Water Heater had a recall on it and they were the company licensed to have the recall fixed for free, and i am so glad we met them!Marisol is always a pleasure to speak with in the office! The team, Rudy and Angel, worked so quick and efficiently. I had initially one toilet that I bought installed by them, best price for the warranty on labor and craftsmanship after calling several places for quotes. Then we loved it so much we asked questions about what was needed for our guest bathroom toilet, they helped with this and I purchased a second toilet to have them come back at a later date to install that one as well.They also educated us on our water pressure, what it means, what it can do if too high or too low, and gave us quotes for their services offerred to fix ours which was reading well above what it should have been per SAWS site as well. There was no pressure to do this, they just simply educated us on what it was, the issues that could come down the road, why water pressure changes, etc, then left us with not one but 4 different options should we decide to get it fixed!We appreciated the knowledge and thoroughness so much that my husband and I decided to have them correct our water pressure issue as well, and so glad we did! I can not stress enough the value you get for your money as well as the impeccable service they provide. I WON'T USE ANYONE ELSE, they are my go to for my plumbing needs and recommend them always!

Company is certified for tankless heater service and that's how I found them. However we have been calling them for the last several years for everything that's plumbing related. He's reasonable, work and material are excellent quality, they are responsive and on time. It's a nice thing to have: a reliable pluming professional you can always count on.

He gave me a receipt with a one year warranty and a refrigerator sticker. Gill Plumbing saved the day during rush hour traffic and did a perfect job.
