This company is taking advantage of the public. One year they gave me a price (about twice what it should cost) to replace my sewer lateral. The next year following a plumbing inspection, they doubled it to more than $26,000. The price of materials at Home Depot is less than $500. This is a two man job for about 2-1/2 days. Labor should cost about $5,000. Add permits, fees, OH&P, it should not cost more than $7,500. It is so sad that companies fleece the public who are unaware of actual labor and material costs and take advantage of them when they are in dire need.

Dan Perkins of Mr. Rooter really helped our family. We are caring for an ill relative and the only toilet she could use in our home wasn’t working. This company is fantastic! Fernando, who has helped us out once before, is on it again, fixing another LGI plumbing issue we have. It's our faucet on the outside, for the water hose. It had a steady leak because it was faulty. Fernando replaced it. It works fine now.He also looked at our water main and figured out why the meter box and the irrigation access were flooded. It sprung a leak due to the pressure being too high. Fernando gave us solution options and plenty of information. We will call him back for all things plumbing.
