The work done by Frank and Jesus was excellent. They were on time, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They accommodated all our safety concerns during this pandemic. After quickly working to find and clear the clog in our plumbing, they tested again and again to make sure the clog was definetly cleared. They explained what was happening and answered all our questions. They did not leave until we were completely satisfied with the work. I will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

Our water heater was not working, so I called Sears Home Warranty to place a service call. Sears could not make it out that day, so they sent Premier Plumbing Services.On Wednesday, December 7, 2022, Ruben from Premier Plumbing Services came out on the service call and determined that we needed a new water heater. Ruben told my husband that we would be responsible of paying an access fee of 335.00. It would cover having them take the new water heater to the second floor, then bring the old water heater down to the first floor and the disposal fee. We understand the disposal fee, which Ruben said was 50.00. We cannot believe we were going to be charged 285.00 to bring the new water heater upstairs so they could install it and bring the old one down! Ruben was not making any changes to it; he was only installing, it exactly where we had it before, with no modifications. Ruben advised my husband that he would have to return on Friday because the water heater was not on stock and would have it by Friday. My husband was told if the water heater would have been in the garage we would not have been charged that access fee. We would only have paid the disposal fee.I tried to switch companies, but Sears did not let me because Premier Plumbing had already started the service call. On Friday, December 9th, they came to install it. I was unsuccessful in getting someone to help me bring the old water heater down and the new one up stairs. Ruben asked me; so you really want to move them yourselves? I replied, yes. Then he replied, I can pick up my equipment and will come back later. I agreed, then he proceed to say...I will go do another service, but I can't guarantee that I will return today and we don't work on the weekends. I replied, then you pretty much have my back against the wall because I can not be without hot water for another two days... Just do what you have to do.The new water heater was installed, but Ruben could not get it to ignite. He said he needed to change a part (ignitor) to see if that was the reason that it was not igniting. He changed the part and was able to ignite the water heater. I should not have allowed him replace the part, I should have asked him to replace the entire water heater considering it was supposedly new... but I didn't.After he left; I was reviewing the receipt more closely, when I noticed that Ruben changed the disposal fee for 50 to 95.00 and lowered the access fee. The total still came out the same 335.00. Then, I remembered Ruben commenting that he should be charging more for the disposal fee. I assume that he changed it so Sears Home Warranty could see his disposal charge.To top it off, Ruben said to me, as he was walking out of the house, I would not be able to take cold showers. I would rather rent a motel room or go to a friends house to take a hot shower. I replied, unfortunately, we had no choice but to take cold showers.I believe that we were taken advantage of; due to the fact that our water heater broke during cold weather. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We have reached out to Cinch, who is the company that handles Sears Home Warranty, to put a complaint. If that doesn't work we will look filing a dispute.

When we initially called the number, the receptionist was very polite and thorough when scheduling for somebody to come out and fix our leaky washer. David and Rigo echoed the good vibes we got from Marisol who initially answered our call, as they came to our home and got the job done. The craftsmanship was great, quick, fairly priced, and exactly what we needed (a couple of other plumbers came and band-aided the issue, but City Base Plumbing RESOLVED it.) Very happy customers, don’t hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs you may have.

Called BG Plumbing in an emergency type of situation. Our sewer line had been broke due to some heavy equipment in our backyard. Tsanko answered the call and came out with in 24 hours to evaluate the repair and gave me an estimate to fix it on the spot. He showed up early the next morning and knocked it out in less than 3 hours and we were back in service in no time. Tsanko lives and works in the Stone Oak area and is the ideal company to have in your phone contacts when you need a plumber if you live out this way. Very friendly and personable gentleman who is professional and does exactly what hey says he's going to do!

It more than e0 hrs to get serive. I was had no water supply during that time. It took at least 6 calls before a serviceman to get to my ho.e. The servicemen were quick and efficient. The office staff were less than professional in regards to getting service to me.

The service technician, plumber Edward Guerrero, came earlier than we expected and worked through locating our hard-to-find leak and then set about repairs. He stuck to his estimate although it was a difficult repair, was pleasant and very professional. I would highly recommend Edward and Tietze Plumbing.

Fernando and his team came to my home to repair our heater when another company sent from our home warranty provider Fidelity gave a totally different description on what needed to be repaired to the point of out of pocket expense would be $2,741dllr plus the insurance would pay another $740. Obviously I was being scammed, my heater does work only problem a piece replacement and it will be good as new. Fernando is now issuing all the information to describe the problem plus is reaching out to Fidelity to assure the other companies irresponsibility and leaving things worst than how they where, leaving me more than 2 months to get this fixed. Súper recomendable and will actually change warranty providers to where he can again give me service. I am happy we came by Ambition Plumbing plus his team súper profesional, fast acting and great attention.The day they came I was so grateful that I literally cried just by thinking I was not to spend all that money and how there are good honest people in life still. A&M Plumbing was sent by American Home Shield to service the shower drain. Water was backing up. Romeo and Pedro used their auger to remove the clog and any debris from the pipes. They did a thorough job and spent a good amount of time of cleaning out the drain. They also inspected the bathroom sink and cleaned it out as well. Both techs were very professional and knowledgeable in their field of work. Highly recommend and will reuse.
