Ernest and son, Trey, were here to repair a water heater/softener and faucets. They were very respectful, very knowledgeable and efficient.They returned on the following Saturday and removed the old water heater & softener and installed a new system successfully, and SAFER than the old one.Ernest & Trey return this Tuesday (12/31/19) to remove the Pfisher faucets, and install new MOHEN.

We had a clog in the drain pipe that went from our washing machine to our septic tank. As always 1st Call was professional and got the job done right! It took a few attempts but they were finally able to break up a clog in pipes that were laid back in the 1960. Have always used this comany and always will!

Rockstar plumbing has been nothing but fantastic for me as a homeowner. There are things I am comfortable doing myself and doing but for the big jobs they perform as their company logo and ROCK it out just like supet STARS. I tried a couple other plumbing companies in town & they quoted me a lot to fix one valve in one of my bathtubs. Fernando came out & fixed the cold water valve in each of my 2 bathtubs for 2/3 what the others wanted to charge me for one. He was on time & quick to fix the problem. I’ve got a couple other projects that need to be done & I’ve let Fernando know I’ll be calling him again. Great service & professional.

This company was hired by my homeowner's insurance (American Home Shield) and I know that there is definitely something up with both. I already dropped AHS and moved to another homeowner's company, and would NEVER hire A&M. The customer service is trash. The technician I had was unprofessional and didn't care about my problem; didn't fix it either. AHS didn't hold them accountable. I dropped them both and went over to John Wayne and the difference is night and day.

Roland’s Plumbing sent out a couple of gentlemen to our home to look at a gas line installation. They provided us with quote which my husband approved. Based on the work they were to do, we had an electrical company come out to move things around so Roland’s Plumbing could run the line and install a gas line fixture. The DAY BEFORE the work was to initiate Roland had one of his guys call my husband to let him know they were canceling and did not want to do the work, with no further explanation. My husband called Roland to ask why...he has yet to return his phone call and give him the courtesy of a full explanation. If he didn’t think he could do the work, then at the very least he should have been honest and tell us upfront instead of having us spend money to accommodate what they needed to get the job done. Very unprofessional is an understatement.

I had a leak on the copper pipe of my water heater so I called to make an appointment and I spoke to Fernando and he said Nathan would call me in a few minutes so Nathan did call back within 10 minutes and he told me he would be at my house in 45 minutes and sure enough he arrived at my home within those 45 minutes Nathan was awesome he told me how long it was going to be and a rough estimate I told him that was fine and he got to work and fix the leak and he didn’t charge me an arm and leg and mind you it was a Sunday I will definitely be giving them a call again

These guys were great. For hundreds less than others, they cleared my main line out to the sewer. Easy. Simple. Like it should be. No price gouging or trickery. They are my new go-to.

Replaced a kitchen faucet. The repairman was on time and very nice! I was very pleased.

We had a leak last night around 10pm. Shut off the water and called out AAA Auger to put in a service request. Dan Shuck arrived at 8am this morning. He was attentive and asked all the right questions to get to the bottom of the issue. He walked my husband through the repair and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly.
