Best Plumbing System in San Antonio TX

Had a clean out replaced and the installation of water cut off valve to the house. They are very professional, thorough, kind and know what they are doing, plus they clean after themselves. We are in property management and we use George's plumbing for all our plumbing needs. This was the first time at my personal residence for such a big job...I am impressed even more!! Shawn did an excellent job!!! Thank you Tyler, Allie and crew so much!!

I've never used this company but I was behind one of their trucks this morning on bulverde road and the driver was the best, safest driver and most courteous person I have ever seen.

Awsome service!..replaced garbage disposal in record time and took care of my water pressure issues by going the extra mile and just adjusting the water pressure valve.

They sent a tech as soon as I called, Mike had previously been out to my place at a different time and it was great they sent him again. He cleared out the issue but also informed us of the bigger issue. He showed us on the video screen and explained in a way that we understood the problem .

Above and beyond service! Ask for Adam Shannon! Such a great guy! He talks with you while he's working so you don't feel uncomfortable while he's under your sink. He will even clean the under sink after he's done to make your life easier! The company is a solid choice. It's a low flat rate for simple clogs without work and you only have to worry about pricing if they have to actually take things apart and snake the lines. However, the pricing is reasonable for the services received and the 30 day guarantee that comes with it. Thank you for your great service Adam! ^_^

City Base Plumbing is Now my go to Plumbing company.My water heater unfortunately developed a leak beyond repair. After being one of the companys suggested by my previous water heater, and a Souh San Antonio independent woman owned Plumbing Co., it was a no brainer to go with this company to replace my existing water heater instead of the over priced TV Plumbing Co.From the receptionist to the two estimates I received. No pressure to decide what I wanted. After I informed the reception that I had taken A-day off to get this done she was able to not only get a plumber but a additional plumber the Master plumber Angel to come earlier than expected to replace my water heater.Plumber David DeLeon and Master Plumber Angel replace my water heater with all new parts as requested and done in a 3 hour time period!!Not only was the job done in a timely manner but I also learned how to maintain and flush my new water heater so it can last a long time!Thank you City Base Plumbing Management for hiring great employees likeDavid and Angle!!

David was very professional and courteous throughout his visit. He is very knowledgeable as he explained in detail what he was doing. He kept his work area clean and organized. He was very thorough in checking his work when completed. The toilet is clear and drains are draining in the restroom now. Great service.
