To start, Uryss M. got back to us on Yelp within 5 minutes...after standard working hours. They were professional, courteous, and mindful of my time. Mitch came to our home exactly when they said he would. He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he explain everything regarding our home's plumbing, he was very friendly with our three dogs! He gave us a prompt and accurate estimate, and went way beyond expectations. He did the work immediately following diagnostic, and he finished the work brilliantly! I would recommend this company without hesitation!

David is truly a Rockstar! My elderly mother had a pipe burst due to the recent winter storm and was without water. After having another plumber no show I called Rockstar Plumbing and spoke to David. I explained the situation and he said he would be right over. I wasn't expectingthis as it was already late in the evening but when he learned she was without water he insisted he would be here asap. After identifying the problem he explained to me step by step of what he was going to do to make repair. David is very meticulous in his work, pays great attention to detail, and is very knowledgeable. Within a couple hours water was up and running. We definitely will be using Rockstar Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs. Thanks again David & Team!

Let’s just say the service fee was outrageous and the guy looked like he was done. I paid someone $60 to tele everything looked fine when it wasn’t. I called after a day of cold water only usage and the person on the phone was pleasant however the tech seemed to be tired and over the day. My water heater had something wrong with it and the guy misdiagnosed and then left 20 minutes later. I called another company the following day feeling taken advantage of by the lack of service and a major competitor came in fixed the issue. Do not use this comp y for plumbing services because not only are they expensive but the plumber in my case seemed to care less about the customer.

They upgraded my hot water heater to meet code and replaced the tank under warranty. Fast forward to less than two months later and we’re without hot water. They told me I had to contact the manufacturer and wouldn’t come out to see if it was their workmanship or the water heater. Turns out we figured out 4 months later that it was their workmanship and they refused to come out even though we notified them the first time within their timeframe. Even if they give you longer warranty options at a cost, they’re workmanship should last longer than 120 days.

Company is certified for tankless heater service and that's how I found them. However we have been calling them for the last several years for everything that's plumbing related. He's reasonable, work and material are excellent quality, they are responsive and on time. It's a nice thing to have: a reliable pluming professional you can always count on.

Rick's schedule was booked until next week, but he and his assistant came out on Wednesday evening and did a repair on our hot water heater. He did the repair quickly and didn't charge us more for coming out after hours. He was also very responsive to texts.

I've had two separate plumbing issues that needed to get repaired right away and Big City Plumbing was able to get technicians Peter and James out right away. They did a great job and were very thorough in explaining what was needed and what they did when they finished the repairs. Very professional and courteous. Definitely recommend Big City Plumbing!!

Joe and all his employees are truly amazing, they started working the day they came out to give us a quote. They had to repair a busted pipe under the toilet and wasted no time getting started they gave us an estimate of when the Job would be done and they finished early. Customer service with every single person we worked with was amazing!!

We just had our kitchen sink unclogged by service technician Thomas #1463 from Roto-Rooter and we are so happy doing business with him. He was very friendly and honest with telling us what should be done and didnt waste time getting things going. He didn't have booties his shoe size on him but he was nice and took off his boots since we dont wear shoes in our house. We feel so blessed when we encounter people like Thomas that care about people. Thank you Thomas!

People’s Choice Plumbing is the plumbing service we will always trust and rely on, no matter how big or small the problem may seem. When we first moved to San Antonio David and B came over to install a water softener. They did an awesome job installing, programming and explaining the operations to us. Because we were new to the home David also took the time to go up in the attic to answer some questions I had about the water heater, and then walked through our home and answered a few other questions we had relating to the plumbing.Today David and B came to check on a pressure and heating issue to the MB tub. They went over our options to increase pressure and heat by making changes to the existing plumbing, but also showed us by running a sink for a few seconds while filling the tub brings the heat much quicker. While they were here David also checked some spotting near a bathroom faucet that was causing concern as well.B responded quickly to setup both service calls and they were flexible in working around our busy work schedules. They arrived both times inside the appointment windows given and gave us a courtesy call when they were on their way. The service vehicle is clean and has company decals. David is patient and knowledgeable and has answered every question we have had. They also made a follow up call after installation to make sure the water softener was operating properly and to answer any questions we might have had (this was also a great reminder to add salt, as we have not used a water softener in previous homes).Never any pressure from David or B, just professional, affordable, top-notch service!
