It took the gentleman (Lee) 2.5 hours to repair a foot of pipe which amounted to a $500 bill. When I walked out to see how it was going, Lee was sitting in his truck looking at his tablet. He commented on my neighbor's hogs. Oh, but the job was finished already so I have no idea how long it really took.For comparison, a well repair company (Texan Water) replaced a pump and repaired several feet of pipe in less than 2 hours for about $400. This fellow focused on the job and got it done.Can't say I recommend George Plumbing company due to their slow repair and vague billing practices.

Came out after hours...$77 dollar charge just to dispatch. A simple reattach of the PVC pipe from the house back to the main. Wanted to charge $754. Don't waste your time. Absolutely unreal.

My husband had concerns about our water heater that had built up calcium and other minerals in the water. We were not expecting a quick opening on the same day. Mr. J.J. and Mr. Oscar were the best. Mr. JJ showed my husband the different functions on what water heater and use of their purpose. He did the job expeditiously. We very impressed by the efficiency of the work that was performed. We contacted this company in the later afternoon and they had a technician (Mario) out to us in a couple of hours. When he arrived, Mario was very professional and friendly. He took his time explaining what was wrong and gave us a wide range of options to fix the issues. He did not try to oversell us at all and was very efficient and effective. I will definitely be going through them again!

After several days without hot water and tired of waiting for the Home Warranty response I called Roadrunner Plumbing , a company that was referred by a close friend.Next day they sent two pleasant and professional technicians.The water heater was 13 years old and had to be replaced.An estimate was provided and explained in full detail.Since the heater was installed in the attic and had no flood stop they highly recommend,for a peace of mind,the installation of the unit.We approved the job.Service was fast and clean and now my wife is happy.Excellent experience so I highly recommend this Company.

The good and the bad,They called back and got out here within an hour. Guy was super nice.Charge me $245 for a diagnostic fee. Was here for 5 minutes and said I had electrical issue. Had somebody else come out and fix one small thing on the water heater and it worked perfect. Kinda a rip off if you ask me. Especially from somebody who owns 3 construction company’s and is a trade worker. Also tech tossed all the insulation on the floor and just left it there.Wouldn’t recommend.

Caliente installed a water heater and softener about a year ago. One weekend, I was without hot water and could not get the pilot light to stay lit. I called Caliente on a Sunday hoping to get service early in the week. Not only did I get a live person, but they dispatched a technician who arrived about an hour later and fixed the issue. A big thanks to Ryan for coming out so fast, and to a company that not only does great work at competitive prices, but stands behind the work and provides great service after the fact. Receptionist Rafaela kept me posted on arrival times and delays. Very professional. Peter and James came out to do the work. Friendly and jovial the whole time. They did the work so expertly! All the parts they bought they used right in front of me. No waste whatsoever. And they cleaned up what little mess they made. The price?? Priceless!! 3 times less than the other guy. Call em!!
