Called on a Saturday morning, assuming, at best, I would get a Monday appointment for quote and work done later in week. Wrong. They had two technicians here by noon offering to leave a quote or to complete work. I had 2 jobs in mind, but also added the water heater replacement I had planned for later this summer. All work done that afternoon with supplies from a well stocked truck. They completed work, explaining everything and thoroughly cleaned up and were gone in about 3 hours. I Could not be happier. In future, 1st call will be my 1st call.

My property manager sent someone out who couldn’t do the job! I called Ajax and they sent will out. Very thorough and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

I had some issue with water flow, I have an older home and I started having issues I took a chance to visit with Mitch (owner) as his was doing some work for my neighbor. I explained the issue that I was having he was glad do give me an estimate. I contracted him to do the work he was always on time and kept me informed to how progress was going stayed on budget work done in a timely manner. I strongly recommend red brass plumbing. I’ll always keep his number handy.

William Northington was a very polite, knowledgeable technician. He explained what and how it needed to be done and accomplished it very quickly. He also gave me a recommendation on how to cure my high water pressure which we will do at a later time. I now have 2 new outside faucets and leaks have ceased. He also made sure I had an easy to use handle on the one I use the most which is very nice for a senior citizen like myself. Thanks William for a job well done.

Just had my water heater inspected by City Base Plumbing employees; Jon Jon and Pedro. I was worried about my water heater blowing up or just giving out. Tsanko was amazing in diagnosing and fixing our water pressure regulator. We had the whole house shaking and could not find the source of the noise. He came out and evaluated everything and, once the problem was identified, gave me a fair estimate and scheduled the repair in a couple days. Day of the repair he was on time, courteous, and stuck exactly to his estimate. If you're in search of a trustworthy and reliable plumber, I'd say stop searching and give him a call!

My repair and the plumber who completed the repair was great! Very professional and completed the repair. (Picture to follow)What I had an issue with was when I was contacted after I had already made the appointment. After the gentleman asked what my issue was, he then proceeded to tell me that the plumber was already on his last job and would not be available until the following day. I was told the plumbing dept is not open 24 hours as what was advertised on the internet. What the original dispatcher failed to tell me is that the plumbing department closes around 9 and should have informed me of that so I could move onto the next call to search for another plumber because my issue was an emergency and could not wait. After I got a little heated and expressed that, I was told he would make a call out and see if the plumber could make it. I received the call back and was advised the plumber would be able to make it out to my house. When I asked the plumber about them closing, he stated they were not and that he had the late shift that night. Why I was given such a hard time..who knows!!

Mr Edward was great and provided explanation about the problem and how he was going to fix it. Very professional!! Tietze never disappoints!!

Very impressed with the service provided. We had several companies come out and your representative Kevin Edward(motorcycle guy) gave us the best review and explanation of our problem. The speed to get us taken care of was amazing. Jackson Sedlak and Chris worked hard for two days. These two were very professional and respectful of being in our home. Then the master AC guy Gary Freeman checked their work and made minor changes. In all we were extremely satisfied with the work and even signed on with their maintenance program. We had an issue with our bathroom shower drain. We called Big City and the receptionist was very nice and worked to get us scheduled that same day. Cris and James came out. They were very professional and got the problem solved, corrected and got us all fixed up. It was a great experience and it's why Big City is our plumber of choice.
