My go to plumber.

I made the mistake of hiring another plumber when I first purchased my home in 2019. I went with the lower bid. I had to hire Chambliss to come fix the previous plumbers work. Chambliss has worked at my house several times over the past few years and I trust their work completely. I wouldn't hire any other plumbing service provider in SA.

My water heater was really old and needed to be replaced. The staff was responsive and the plumbers were friendly & very knowledgeable! They installed a new water heater & checked my water pressure.Will definitely recommend to all my friends & family

I can only speak for individuals I interacted with on July 2, 2020, but if all 1st Call Plumbing, Heating, & Air employees reflect these 4 individuals, one cannot go wrong in hiring this company to do all plumbing, heating, and air in your home.Matt, Johnny, Ryan, and the nice lady on the phone made up my team from 1st Call Plumbing. I am over-the-top highly impressed with all these individuals. I can go on-and-on how exceptional they were on this day, but it’s their character I was impressed with, they maintained their professionalism through odd access to the systems, the overbearing heat to replace the outside unit, and the call from the main office to keep me up-to-date of the replacement of my inside and outside units. These guys do not even know me and the professionalism I got was highly impressive! I just had to write this review, which I only reserve for companies like this one who are exceptional in delivery, service, and installation. These guys are the best, and if not the best, one of the best! Johnny thanks for taking the time to explain the process on how you were going to install the inside unit with the Warrior system. Ryan thanks for explaining what you were doing while installing the outside unit in the high Texas heat. The quality of work was impressive! I inspected the soldering of copper lines, the sealing of the inside unit, the routing of lines (outside and inside), the positioning of systems (outside and inside), the connection of wiring, the installation of the thermostat, the security and installation of the boxes that contain the wiring connections, and the cleanup were all professionally noteworthy! What I thought was also compelling with Johnny and Ryan was the positive attitude knowing they were going to another job to repeat the same task (replace a unit) under the same conditions, but probably in a more difficult arrangement. These guys live up to their name. They gave Rockstar service. I called them on Saturday morning to see if they had time to fix a shower leak. They were booked for the day but he said he would make time for me if he finished early. Sure enough he called me back later and set a time for me same time day. Guy is super nice and explained my options. He also had a notebook with set prices for the work so you know that your are not getting screwed. The menu price is the same for everyone. After calling multiple plumbers for two days and getting no call backs it was nice to have a plumber who lived up to his word and got things fixed fast. This is my goto plumber from now on. I can't stress enough how nice and professional this team is.

David and Rigo were awesome I had a gas leak was red tagged by CPS my gas was locked out. All other plumber’s wanted way too much just to start however City Base Plumbing came out and gave me 3 estimates which helped me pick the best and affordable solution for my budget came out on time did the job and was even cheaper then the estimate these guy's are trustworthy honest and reliable 5 stars

I found John and his company after others failed to do the job right. He changed out our boiler a couple of months ago and we loved that he communicated throughout the whole process and was competitive with his pricing. We have since hired him again to change out our sewer line which requires digging under our slab. Once again, competitive pricing, communicative, and superb follow through. I highly recommend.

Needed service on an electric water heater. I've used Big City Plumbing several times in the past, and they're always done a great job at a very fair price. Today was no different. Charlie did a Fantastic job, came within an hour of my call, and the cost was much less than I was expecting. I'll always use them in the future for my plumbing needs.

Great and honest people to work with

Russel had prompt service in that he arrived a day after my call and had a good attitude.However, after being unable to unstick a clog in my drain, he still charged me $150/hr despite previously agreeing to unstick the clog for that price.I would like to say something better about 210-PLUMBER's service, but no GOOD tradesman would take $150 from a customer without resolving the issue.
