They got right to work, making and explaining what turned out to be relatively minor repairs rather than the expensive replacements I was expecting. I was very impressed with their efficiency and with their courteous customer service. They genuinely wanted to help with my problems rather than look for ways they could increase my costs!

We discovered what looked like a foundation leak on Mon. morning. It was fixed by Mon. evening, without an after hours upcharge! Mr. Mitchell made the time to come out within a few hours of calling, and quickly assessed the issue. He quoted a fair estimate, sent two very nice and capable young men to make repairs. Within a span of a few hours, all work was professionally done, and they even cleaned up after themselves. It's not often you hear people talk about integrity, and doing the right thing by charging a pair price while they provide great service. You will if you hire Mr. Mitchell & crew. He is the needle in the haystack.

Price was higher than the competition, but they did respond quickly and on a Sunday night when I had an emergency. I paid $250 for an emergency visit that was $150 from all my other quotes. The technician was a nice guy and very professional, but didn't have the right parts to cap my pipe off and installed a temporary fix. I would have been forgiving of that in my review if the price wasn't so much higher than the other quotes. I selected them because they were the fastest to get here, but they lost my long term business because of the cost. It is a shame because had the prices been more competitive I would give them a glowing review for customer service.

From my initial appointment to the completion of work this company was “by far” my best plumbing experience thus far. I called Caliente to see about having my washing machine shut off valves replaced (not urgent) and Garret was able to come out to assess and provide an estimate within a day. Garret quoted me a fair price for the job, which I was extremely grateful for. He was courteous, professional, and did an excellent job changing out the valves and hoses. Now the water is flowing freely in the washing machine, as it should be! I highly recommend giving Caliente a shout and asking for Garret for your next plumbing need.

Nick did a great job ?

I forgot that I had placed a necklace with a diamond in a small container with Bobby pins that was on the shelf in the bathroom. Tim and his partner installed new faucets. They left the room without cleaning up the sink and floor area after themselves. When I remembered the necklace the next day, it was gone. I looked everywhere for several months and it never was found. Also, one faucet drain diverter did not work after installation. Gerald and James returned and corrected this without a separate charge. Previously. I had received good work from this company from other plumbers.

Team came out sooner and ended up charging less than they estimated. Knowledgable, fast and courteous. All round great experience and now I have running water
