Woke up Friday morning and discovered a leak coming from our back patio. Called George Plumbing and they agreed to come out the same day. Lee, the plumber, arrived a head of schedule an immediately diagnosed the problem. Lee answered all my questions and was very accommodating. I have used George plumbing for the last thirty-five years and have never being disappointed. They were prompt in responding to my call and were able to come to my property within 40 minutes. Unfortunately, the service visit did not go well. The technician could have communicated better letting me know how he would proceed and what I could expect. While he was on property, I got a call from a water restoration company asking when they could come by. I had no idea why I was receiving this call as the technician had not given me any updates on what he had encountered. When I asked what was going on, he stated he needed that company to come to my home to cut my wall to diagnose the problem for free, or that he could do it, but it would cost me $200. Just to cut the wall. I did not appreciate the tone of the conversation that followed as I was told I “should find a plumber who could work for next to nothing”.I have worked with other companies before for home repairs and I’ve never felt being taken advantage of. Usually technicians are professional and explain the process of what to expect plus options and I’m always more than willing to pay a fair price for their expertise and work.*post-edit: I contacted another company and they were able to come today as well. They were able to diagnose the problem promptly, offer an explanation of the problem, and provide a solution. The work will be completed in about an hour and a half. Night and day contrast from my experience this morning.

First I would like to make a personal thank you to both Joe and Gil the plumbers that came out and did the job for us.In mu opinion both plumbers were friendly from the beginning and spoke very candidly about my service that I was needing done.I went with them because their price was in the budget I had set for my household and that Joe and Gil were willing to do the job that very day we spoke. Mind you this job was important and required to be done during most 3day holiday (New Years) where most business close down early to let their employees off to enjoy their weekend.Joe and Gil took my personal future issues to heart and came early in the morning when they would have already left for their weekend. Contacted Tietze plumbing to come out and give me an estimate on to install a water softener that we had purchased for install in our home, which is pre plumbed. Tietze wanted $814 for the installation. This price is simply absurd. Other plumbers in the area want at maximum, $400. For this 5 minute estimate, they attempted to charge us a $49 service fee. Every other plumber I called was happy to give me a ballpark estimate for a pre-plumbed home over the phone, no pressure.They will try to strong arm you into paying this by sending you an audio recording of the initial phone call when you schedule the estimate. An audio phone call is not an agreement and is disgusting behavior to try to use this as leverage. This service fee is completely anti-consumer and it is designed to force you into paying for overpriced service. STAY AWAY.

This company goes above and beyond. They came and fixed our leak with no issues. Answered all of our questions and came back when we needed them. I would highly recommend!!!

After the hard freeze on Thursday night, one of our outside faucets cracked. The issue wasn’t noticed until late in the afternoon. We use our home as a rental property so it was important to us for the repair to be done as soon as possible. 4M had someone on the property within hours. They had the faucet replaced in no time. The crews from this company cut off the L-joint where a leak occurred, capped it, and then tried to extort $1200 from me to find the pipe they cut. These guys always seem to start out so good (I had used them before) and then they just get greedy. SAD.

Joe and all his employees are truly amazing, they started working the day they came out to give us a quote. They had to repair a busted pipe under the toilet and wasted no time getting started they gave us an estimate of when the Job would be done and they finished early. Customer service with every single person we worked with was amazing!!
