Best Plumbing Repairs in San Antonio TX

I preface this review by saying that I was informed ahead of requesting service that the first hour was a flat rate of $170, nonrefundable and for every 30 minutes it was another $85. This is not listed on their website and was only reported once.That being said. The repairman Lee was sent my way, arrived on time, took 1 hour to diagnose that my kitchen faucet and its set of accessories did not have the rubber stoppers to seal out water (the cause of my slow leak). He then said I could have everything put back and not get water up there or we could put stoppers/sealant. At this point one hour in is $170.I figured that it was worth getting the stoppers placed. To place these stoppers (4 in all) took 2 hours. This was not a time or labor intensive process. Additionally he only replaced two stoppers with one being inappropriately sized. This is a Kohler sink set, and they use their products. Our total bill was $441 (with tax) with $7 in itemized service and parts. (I was told that he kept it to a minimum to keep the charges low).I cannot speak for the company as a whole or other repair technicians in the company. If the send you Lee PLEASE ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE. Get the service in the morning only to minimize them wasting time at the end of their work day, go to their website get the coupons on there (THEY DON'T MENTION OR OFFER) and please, please, please take pictures of everything they do.

Switched out two tank hot water heaters for a tankless. Justin was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Communication was as promised. There is a team in place to take care of everything. Very comparable pricing to other companies quotes and Justin was far more knowledgeable and professional. Can recommend them for a tankless water heater!

My water softener broke and the carbon and resin clogged my water lines to the house. Mitchdiagnosed the problem and was determined to get the job done! Other companies were called but he was the only one willing to understand my financial situation and did all he could to meet my financial needs. Not only did he get the job done but also saved me money! He is understanding and is willing to help out in anyway. Highly recommended!

I have gotten 2 jobs from them 1st one was all kicthen and restroom plumbing replaced they did good job.The 2nd one was shawer faucets handles.they work for few months. When I call to have them come out and fix them. David answered and said he would not do it unless I upgraded to a more expensive job.(convert to newer model) so ? there goes the warranty. So if you not going to do a big job don't hire them. They don't respect warranty. And for 500 I don't feel like going to court.

Jesse was very knowledgeable and friendly was able to knock out my clogged washer drain in about 20 minutes.

A&M Plumbing installed a new kitchen faucet for us. Within 3 month, all faucet attachments became loose. In speaking with the owner, Mark, he was unwilling to back up their work. They required a new work to come and tighten the attachments they installed. I do not recommend this company, as their work is not guaranteed.

Big City plumbing is excellent. They are professional and prompt. I have always gotten a call from one of the office workers to let me know someone was on the way. Today they installed a water heater and made sure everything was up to code. They have also done work for us on a leaking pipe under the asphalt in the driveway and they gave us the most reasonable estimate of any other plumbing service. Charlie is great, very personable and polite. We will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs!

Amazing service!!! Hands down the best plumbing service I have ever experienced. This team of plumbers genuinely cared. The entire team was open and honest about every process of the job. They were able to break down the work in layman's terms so that I understood what was going on and what needed to be done. This entire team from office personnel, excavator, to plumber are top notch. I definitely recommend using them for any and every service needed, I know I will!

Called 3 places this was the best one. Gave me estimate over phone and other one wouldn't. Gave me a short window of time to wait. Satiago their Master Plumber was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We actually paid less than estimate we got on phone. We will be using them again in the future.

Called them because they are a Rinnai service center. Told them everything it was doing and asked with all the information I gave them if they would be able to fix it without making multiple trips. The lady on the phone said they'd have the part needed and would fix it. After troubleshooting they didn't have the part and was going to cost me almost $500. Came out next day, replaced part, didn't fix the problem. Now we need a new circuit board which I paid for directly. Came out next day (3rd time) and now instead of the almost $500, it's going to be almost $700. Had them fix it but I called to talk to the head person about the bill. She never returned my call. Basically almost $1000 for a $1200 unit.
