This place ripped me off big time. I was charged 400 to repair my shower rather than replace. 2 days later it started leaking. I called them back and they said I should have asked to replace, not fix. To replace is 1000 and they would only discount 100. They would not stand by the repair from 2 days earlier. Rip Off

I just want to say THANK YOU to John C of Will's All pro plumbing and AC. he came out today and help me to understand more about my water softener. I agreed to replace it with a new one costly but well worth the cost of the unit and piece of mind about my appliances. John you are a superior technician in your business your Company should be proud to have such a technician of your caliber and knowledge working for them. So a pipe in my wall started leaking. I first called the big company that rhymes with Robo Looter. They missed our first appointment no call no show. Then our second appointment they rescheduled for a day later without telling me. So then I called Premier. John was very helpful, and found the problem almost immediately. He also gave me some great ideas on some future projects that I have planned. Best of all he showed up when he said he would. I will be using Premier again-stay away from Robo Looter

My experience with Roto Rooter was good but the plumber Brian made my experience exceptional. Brian went far above any expectations I had. He went out of his way to help me solve a nightmare plumbing issue I was having in the middle of a major remodel. I had already gone through several unreliable and sketchy plumbers and contractors before calling Roto Rooter and meeting Brian. He and his partner Rony were the first people I worked with in the remodeling process that genuinely cared and made sure all the work was done right! They followed up on their work and clearly took pride in what in what they do. I only wish I had found them sooner! I would have saved a lot of money and time!

In the 100 year storm on Feb 16th 2020, a pipe burst in our attic. Called Caliente Plumbing Heating and Air and they had someone out in 5 hours. Justin (from Caliente) had found the rupture, cut out the section of pipe, and had the new line installed in about 15 minutes. Given the time of night & weather conditions, I couldn't have been more impressed.
