Best Plumbing Repair in San Antonio TX

We had another company come out the day before and it was more of a sales call. They attempted to sell us on a service plane that would allegedly save us money. They had a Standard Rate and then a Value Rate if you purchased their service plan. It was very expensive and I felt there was an attempt to take advantage of us on the price. I declined their service and paid the service fee.I called George Plumbing after the other plumbers left. The lady who answered the phone at George Plumbing was very friendly and scheduled us for the next day. Kody and Josh arrived from George Plumbing. They were kind and professional. They did not try to sell us on anything and advised of the price and completed the job in a timely manner. Kody told us the price the other company quoted should never have been quoted for the job we needed done.I recommend George Plumbing and feel they way they treated us on our simple faucet leak was definitely fair and we will be using them again if needed.Thank you George Plumbing for being honest and not attempting to rip us off like the other company.

Troy came to fix an outside leak for me today, he was on time, called to let me know he was on his way. Worked very hard, told me what he needed to do, and was very nice and professional! Wonderful to have such great service! ! I would give 10 stars for a great job!!

Schedule an appointment and they didn't call nor show up. Then reschedule and again didn't call nor show. I wouldn't waste your time. Call a more professional business.

I got a call letting me know the technician was on the way with an estimated arrival time. I appreciate that the inspection was through and the technician took pictures and explained what he did and what looked good and some recommendations. I am very happy with service provided by 1st call and would recommend if you are looking for great service.

I especially like their cleaning up after themselves, they are respectful and careful of the work area and keep working as i ask questions. They explain everything and get written permission before doing repairs. They installed 3 toilets at various times and hot water heater. All plumbers charge a fee for their work but Roadrunner is a good investment as the go to plumber.

I live in a 93 year old home that was in need of extensive plumbing work. When I purchased the home 2 decades ago, I fixed other thing. I delayed overhauling the pipes until I thought I could afford them. I know well that Plumbing is a long term value, comparable to any serious project in owning a home. I wanted the job done correctly. I had already checked reviews for other big plumbers and looked at the call backs from not having the work done correctly. I tried to anticipate costs based on the extent of the repairs I was expecting. I only wanted to see the plumber one time for this particular repair and installation service.From the moment Rockstar arrived, I could see the difference from other front runner higher overhead companies. I felt like a person rather than a job assignment. David's professionalism was immediate. I explained the trouble I was having and what others had told me before him. After he had a look for himself and had evaluated what he saw, he showed me with photos what my problem was under the house and detailed exactly what would be needed and what I could expect. I especially liked when he pulled out a binder with listed items and prices. He showed me exactly where the prices for the things he pointed out and arrived at a total. He told me how long he expected it would take and offered to schedule it when I could be home. It came out less than what I had planned to budget and I was able to have some other things done also, while he was there. He did it in the time he said it would completed. He did things right and showed me with photos, answering my questions.I highly recommend Rockstar. There is no guessing with them and there are no surprise costs.

Toilet was backing up, not flushing, and causing a mess in the bathroom so we called Premier Plumbing in hopes to get a quick response. Ruben came out same day to assess and determined problem was with outside sewer line. He provided multiple quotes and options from band aid to complete repair.Within 2 days the crew came out with excavator and all was fixed!Thank you Ruben and crew -- great job!

We had issues with our water heater, our water heater company called out City Base Plumbing. It was the most Professional and Friendly service we have ever had. Angel was the tech that came out and he was Amazing. Angel walked us through everything that he was checking, very thorough, explained every detail. All I can say is Amazing service. They will definitely be our new go to Plumbers:).

Our toilet was leaking from the base, the wax ring was not sealing. BG Plumbing came out ON TIME and took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. He took out the old bolts sealed the toilet to the floor and calked around the toilet. It looks great. He didn't track in any mud or leaves, he was nice and informative and done in one hour and 15 minutes. His fee was reasonable. We were very happy.

Our bathroom sink had been clogged for several weeks and Ambition Plumbing was able to unclog it wonderfully. They were thorough with their explanation and very professional through out their time here. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services at their home.

This morning, a Caliente company truck sped through an active school zone at Eisenhower middle school off Blanco at 8:11am. At Blanco and 410, the truck then cut through two lanes of traffic almost hitting another car to make the 410 on-ramp. There are other poor Google reviews regarding unsafe drivers with Caliente. Driver courtesy needs to be a higher priority for the company.
