I have been without water for a month...i had an appointment for Friday but they came today(Wednesday)...they did a wonderful job...thank you Josh and Cody you are a lifesaver. They even came right back when I found out the kitchen sink was not working. They fixed everything. I couldn't be happier. Richard and I are delighted.

My specific story with Mr. Rooter isn't nearly as important as my experience. I can tell you that Mr. Rooter of San Antonio didn't initially meet up to its own standards but then far exceeded expectations in making things right. From the technicians who visited my home, to the service manager who sought to understand my experience and making it right, to the post-appointment follow-up Mr. Rooter of San Antonio delivered on their motto that Mr. Rooter is the plumber you deserve. Same day service. I was quoted a price over the phone. After the technical arrived he said there was no need to replace everything in the toilet tank. Therefore I paid about 1/4 of the price I was expecting to pay.

Shout out to Benjamin and the All Pro Crew. All I can say is wow. This crew at Wills All Pro are amazing. Not only did they do the job about 5x faster than I expected, they did it with such precision and swiftness you wouldn’t believe it if you saw it . There was a massive tree that had crushed my main water pipe from the city meter. I thought that tree would have to be torn down and removed completely. The All Pro crew showed up around 8am and finished the job in about 8-10 hours or so only stopping for a quick pizza break. They were like doctors in an operating room able to cut through the rock hard ground and cut through the Roots just enough to bypass the tree (saving the tree) and run a whole new tunnel for the water system . check out some of the pictures and you’ll see a couple photos of just a 10 foot section of the 30 plus foot trench that was made. I haven’t taken any after photos yet but you almost can’t tell anyone was here . 10 outta 10 Will recommend you call Will! Wills All Pro

Jonathan and Joseph came to service the water heater they installed last year. They arrived within the time frame promised and called to let me know when they were on the way. They were friendly but professional. They wore covers on their shoes to protect the floors and explained what they would be doing. When they ran a camera through the pipes they asked me to watch. Fortunately, they found no issues. And, although they explained the cost for their extended warranty they did not push or try to upsell any goods and services-- how refreshing! So many companies find issues that must be addressed at exorbitant costs but this was not the case with Premier Plumbing. They were definitely honest and I would trust them to address any future plumbing issues. They made sure to clean up and dispose of any trash before they left. I highly recommend Premier Plumbing and Jonathan and Joseph, in particular.

Great and fast communication. They sent a tech out on New Year’s Eve and immediately addressed our situation (water heater replacement). They were courteous, respectful, and professional. City base plumbing is our go-to plumbing service.

Tsanko is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and capable plumber. After I called him he arrived very quickly, assessed the situation, and gave me a fair estimate. He thoroughly explained everything, scheduled the work for a few days later, and returned when he said he would. He finished the work in a timely manner and did an outstanding job. No more leaks at my house!

Thank you to Eddie, Marc and Chris. They did excellent work. Came in, identified the issues, fixed the PRV and expansion tank. They replaced my entire hot water pipes as they were the wrong pipe material and leaking everywhere. Should last a while and lower the water bill.

The plumber’s work was fast and professional, and I was very pleased with their customer service. Would call again.
