Called and received great customer service to set up an appointment. Was so surprised we didn’t have to wait long! She advised they would call before arriving and gave us a two hour window of our choice. So nice.Day of our appointment, Chad called to let us know they were on their way and they arrived shortly after. Came in with protective shoe covers, put down protective covers on the bathroom floors, were pleasant, professional, very efficient, explained the issues clearly, remedied the problem and cleaned up thoroughly before they left.On top of that the cost was very reasonable.We’ve used Chambliss before and we’ll continue using them.

I needed a new water heater installed, Tony & his team got it done. They were very informative & even taught me some things about water heaters that I never knew! The quality of their work and professionalism was top-tier, and ill be giving them a call for any plumbing issues i have.

Amazing service. Had a spicket burst on me. Water was gushing everywhere. Couldn't shut off the water to my entire house due to its age. Owner came and found a way to shut it off personally. Technician came and fixed the spicket free of charge since it was a cap job. Thoroughly impressed and would recommend the service to anybody. Top-notch quality service.

Tommy the serviceman did a video and electronic inspection of the main line. He found broken sections, on my side and the city side of the line. You need to have more servicemen like Tommy working for you. Tommy was very professional and knowledgeable

Mitch by far was one of the greatest service repairmen to come to my home & help me with a few minor issues i was having, and even fixed something for me without hesitation. His passion, drive and overall just kindness and goodness as a person. He advised me of what i can do since my home is older, which i appreciated so much more than a big box retailer repairman coming and tearing apart my pipes with no knowledge of my home.I can’t recommend him enough. You won’t find good people like this often. True, honest, kind people are so hard to come by, and mitch is one of those. Aaron T. And Joe B. Are simply AMAZING! We had Will's All Pro come out to service our hot water heater. Aaron explained everything to us, answered all questions, and got us set up for a water softener. Aaron didn't try to sell us us something we didn't need. He is professional and personable. He knows his work, and he knows exactly what he is doing. Joe B. Installed our water softener and was so patient with all the questions we had about this installation. I called after getting my foundation repaired and was told that the static test failed. I typically call a different plumbing company that is bigger but also probably the most expensive. I had seen City Base Plumbing while driving around town and thought i would give them a try especially since they have good reviews. My initial call was answered by Melissa ( i believe that's her name) who was very helpful in getting someone out to my house quickly. Luckily they had a cancellation that morning so Rudy and Mateo came to provide an estimate. Rudy was very knowledgeable and completely understood my situation. He was patient when I asked questions about the estimated work and made sure I felt comfortable in understanding what was being done and why. A day later, Angel and Mateo came to complete the job. They both were very courteous and mindful about disturbances as Angel noticed I was working from home. He was very patient while i was on phone calls and dealing with other issues, while trying to get the job done. He is also very knowledgeable and provided details and pictures/videos of the leaks he found and offered a few options to work around my budget if it was needed. Mateo didn't do much talking :) but he was very diligent and stayed on task and worked pretty quickly. Angel and Mateo made a great team and I am happy with the results of their work. I would definitely call City Base Plumbing again!

Awesome job.. Came same day.. told us what we needed and fixed within an hour or so. Very reasonable and will be using them in future! If you're in Stone Oak/Timberwood they are great!

LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! They are amazing at what they do, they are honest and reliable. The owner Fernando really took care of my family of 6 and offered to find a place to stay while they repaired our outside plumbing. He kept us informed throughout the entire process. They will always be my first choice and would recommend to anyone needing a plumber.
